Seaguar Red Label 100% Fluorocarbon amzn.to/3K0jVew
Berkley Trilene XL Monofilament Fishing Line amzn.to/3QDUXp6\
Yo-Zuri Hybrid amzn.to/3yjsLBF
Does your volume go any higher?
Tride top $$$ Fluorocarbon after 40 years of Trilene and stren mono
Went back to Trilene
Then 6 years ago tried Yo-Zuri co-polymer
Yo-Zuri co-polymer is absolutely unique in Yo-Zuri uses a proprietary one of a kind process to encapsulate and fuse a layer of Fluorocarbon to monofilament it is nutral in its buoyancy
I have 6 fishing seasons of using Yo-Zuri co-polymer 8 and 10lb test as my only spinning reel line on 10 spinning setups and 15lb as my only non braided line for my 8 baitcasting setups and I have been beyond satisfied with Yo-Zuri co-polymer in every possible aspect and application it is far stronger and more abrasion resistant than straight mono and has absolutely excellent knot strength I just love the stuff and its 200-300% cheaper than most top shelf Fluorocarbons.
For me as a purely recreational fisherman I Just cant possibly justify spending $15-$25+ for 150 yards of Fluorocarbon when Yo-Zuri co-polymer costs $9-$10 for 600 yards.
The Yo-Zuri co polymer is the best of both worlds, but sometimes it is hard to find at local stores around me.
Do you the the link for that picture with the knots? So good to memorize them!
Not the exact link, but here is a link to several knots I use regularly. Hope this helps. fishing.scoutlife.org/8-fishing-knots-to-know/
