I want Chi-Chi (Adult, preferably Dragon Ball) and Bulma to be in Sparking Zero. I want Bulma to be playable since they had planned it in Budokai 3 but they scrapped it, also she made it work in Legends too.
I wholeheartedly second this. With Chi-Chi, having more of the Son family playable is always good and she deserved better than what happened in Z and beyond. If someone like Mr. Satan can a reoccuring character, Chi-Chi can definitely hold her own.
Bulma can certainly be interesting too. Even if she wasn't in any fights directly, you can always just create brand new stuff for the game rather than just focusing everything of what already happened in the manga.

I think the issue with the manga characters would be voice acting. These characters don't have voices yet so when (or.. if?) we get an anime adaptation we will be attached to the game's voices. Unless, of course, they keep the same voice actors. Could work.
It's all but guaranteed that we'll get Android 21. She's practically the new poster girl for the video games.
But who I REALLY wanna see is Bonyu! She's got a lot of potential, and I'd hate for her to be reduced to a measly side quest.
Teen/adult Chi-Chi, Bulma, Teen Goku, Giant Piccolo, Great Ape Kid Gohan, Oolong, Kid Vegeta and of course Hit are my most anticipated.

Get some of the Raging Blast 2 characters like Salza, 14 & 15, hell maybe even Hatchiyack again. Aniraza I think is likely a given. I think all the major ToP fighters like Ribrienne, Dyspo, Kefla, etc will be there. Anyone who had a major battle dedicated to them. Just think we'll probably get both Z 17 & 18 and ToP 17 & 18. I wouldn't expect characters like Majikayo or Dr Rota though. I also wouldn't expect any extra GoDs outside of possibly Belmod since he plays a fairly sizeable role in the ToP arc. My biggest personal want would be first form Hirudegarn. He's just so much cooler than his giant bug monster form.
Honestly I want the Kamikaze Fireballs. They have such cute designs and would be fun to play as.
I am still hoping at some point in the future that we get a full ToP game. All 80 characters playable and it has various levels of team-matchup. (8 teams with 10 players or maybe smaller squad battles) They have the potential to do a solid Battle Royale game if they wanted.
I really hope we get some special What-if again especially if they're given to characters who were in the T.O.P.
I saw someone in the comments mentioning wanting every universe to have at least 1 playable character for the ToP, and I agree. In addition to that, I really hope we get Magetta. He’s fun.
For pre-Super characters, I’d like to see Kami and adult Chichi, as well as adding GT Trunks and Eis Shenron, so that BT can catch up with Xenoverse in terms of GT representation.
The gods we saw have their own powers and I would like to see them in the game.. iwne . The girl . Moscow. Arack . Champa . Beerus. Liqueur. Sidra . Ramchu . Belmod

But mostly, i would just like to see them add Characters from all corners of the Franchise, from the Manga to the Anime to the Anime Fillers to the Movies to other Games, imagine if they added Heroes Characters, how would that be? Honestly since Arale was in 3, I’d love for them to add another Toriyama series character, this one from a spin-off of DB. Kuriza from Neko Majin Z. He’s only been in Heroes and an alternate skin for Frieza in Budokai 2 (Japanese version) so it’d be fun to play as him. Or heck even Neko Majin Z himself (I forgot if that was his name).
Pui Pui should be in it. That DB Legends event showed his true power. Someone that powerful needs to be in it 😆
It’d also be cool if they added some other game-only characters or forms like 21, Shallot, or any of the fusions from DB Fusions.
Heck if they added God Broly for the 4D DBS ride they had in Japan, I’d love that. I think that version of Broly only ever appeared in Heroes.
I also wish for King Cold's new forms. The Arcosians are in my opinion one of the most fascinating races in all of Dragonball. I am incredibly sick and tired of the main trend being, as our glorious emperor would say, monkeys. And funnily enough, we know almost nothing about them. A want to see more of them. I want more characters of frieza's race. I want to see their respective forms. Imagine all the possibilities we could get from them.
Seeing as we got Arale in BT3, I wanna see her return, but also maybe someone else from Toriyama’s works. Kuriza, or Neko-Majin feel like no brainers. Although, Sandland is getting its own game, so maybe if it comes out around the same time as DBSZ, we could get Beelzebub? I think he’d be pretty cool.
Hey Masako, how about having PERFECT Cell Max appearing in What If Cell Turned Good? It'd be awesome to see 21 to finally confront his dark legacy in a more direct way...and calling him Max all time.
I'd probably prefer Yakon as he'd be a bit different than other characters compared to Puipui. Also I hope they keep pikkon

I am really hoping for 3 characters that i think would just be amazing to see.
1. Shallot, definitely the poster boy for Legends and having him in a big title would be fantastic
2. Tarble, it would just be amazing to see him with his brother and father (if King Vegeta is in the game) and would be nice to make sure he's not forgotten as a character.
3. Monster Carrot, a dragon ball villian that we havent really seen outside of the 8-bit games. It would be really interesting to see how he would play even of it would be a bit wacky, but hey it would be really fun ^_^
My #1 character request is gonna have to be Ledgic from GT. He's pretty much the only early GT characater aside from the main cast characters that left an impact on me and he has never been in any of the games to my knowledge.

About King Cold... Yeah, the roster will be bigger than previous entries, but it doesn't mean that all characters are guaranteed to return. They could add a lot of new characters from Super, movies and recent games and still cut older ones. So, a little worry about these less impactful characters is perfectly justified.

- Android 21 (Good and Evil)
I know it’s “just another saiyan”, but i would be interested in seeing Tarble in the game. He’s been absent from most other Dragon Ball games (apparently he's in Raging Blast), and it would be nice to represent the OVA he originates from.

I'm still afraid that the game is going to have less characters than the previous one. Videogames are a lot more expensive to make than they were decades ago, they might cut corners by removing the "unnecessary" characters (which would sadly be a large number)
And then release them as DLC
Personally I’m expecting a lot of giant characters. As modern games love doing the giant beast boss battles, maybe even Big Gete Cooler which I don’t think has been a battleable boss ever. But I’m just hoping they do like BT3 and have separate models for each time period. But I also hope they don’t include the duplicates in the character number. But modern gaming predicts at least 5 years of dlc packs.

In my fantasy world they somehow make a deal with you to get what if versions of characters you’ve made interact the the OG dragon all universe. Specifically: Good Nappa, Good Raditz, Ranch, Z-fighter Chi-chi and anti-hero Freiza. It ain’t gonna happen but a man can dream lol
Soba the Yardratian from Dragon Ball Z Sagas (who as a reminder had a base power level higher then 100% Frieza on Namek). With the addition of Yardrat Spirit Control, you have instant transmission, cloning, healing, gigantification, and forced spirit fission. You have a way to tie in Pybara's training and place Yardrat as a level for both Goku's training, Vegeta's training, and do possible what-ifs where other characters go to Yardrat for one reason or another. Plus if he's included in a tournament of power, he could encounter Jimizu Universe 2's Yardrat another contender more likely to be included.

I want chief officer Black from the RR army, if possible both in base and mech forms. It would be cool to recreate his fight against kid Goku in game. Having the RR army stage would be awesome too (it looked so good in Super Hero).
3:32 Would actually be hillarious if they just changed the gameplay engine entirely to Kamen Rider Climax Heroes when you play as him considering all the early Hesei-era riders with sidegrades he's based on were in that game.

I'd love to see Heroes characters in a fighting game: Chronoa, any member of the Dark Empire or Demigra Army, Cumber, Hearts, Kamin & Oren, Lagss, android Wheelo, Aeos, Vidro or any alternate version of a character that brings something new to the table would work. But if I had to pick one, I'd go with one who actually originated in a fighting game and has made quite a name for himself in Heroes, especially in recent months: Majin Ozotto. Not only are his powers perfect for a fighting game, but between the gargantuan roster, his origins and what he's been doing in Heroes - they can totally make some sort of Arcade Mode with him as the big bad.
theres only one character i really want that i dont think will show up, at least as a playable character, and that is Future Mai, and well if i were to go crazy with fanfic-esque characters, Super Saiyaman Pan.
The dab is still alive after all these years I love it anyway have a nice day everyone keep Dragon Ball anime franchise & etc alive & that is a fact. 💯

6:09 im all for including characters that everyone barely remembers but adding all of the gods of destruction and angels etc would just bloat the game full of character slots no one cares about especially if all of those characters can easily be represented by beerus a character that has unique moves we've seen before

My wishlist of characters that may or may not be here:
- If we can get Le Trio des Dangers, I’d sure hope we can get Ribrianne. No matter your thoughts on her character, she’d be fun to play, especially if they give her her giant form as a transformation. Maybe she could even get her two friends to be playable?
- Speaking of ToP characters, you know how BT3 had us play the likes of "Frieza Soldier" of all things? Well, if I could get one character that didn’t get to fight in the anime but actually did a bit of fighting in the manga… Sorrel, from universe 6. I just like her design and feel she could be fun to play, giving developers room to make their own thing. If this is just too obscure, guess we could always get that cat lady from the same universe but that’s not my preferred pick.
- If they’re going to brag about the number of characters and forms in the game, they better not hold back on GT and Z movies content. This is less of a wish than a "it should be a given but we have no confirmation yet".

I’m really excited for Dragonball Sparking Zero Masako! I would like to see Dragonball Sparking Zero to have a roster of OG Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball Super, Dragonball GT, Dragonball Daima, Super Dragonball Heroes. The characters that I would like to see the most in Dragonball Spraking Zero are Kid Goku, Kid Krillin, Teen Goku, Teen Chi-Chi, Adult Chi-Chi, King Piccolo, Teen Goten, Teen Present Trunks, Beat, Note, Goku Jr., Vegeta Jr. , DBS Bardock, Gine, Kid Raditz, Kid Broly, Capsule Corp Goku, Capsule Corp Vegeta, Xeno Goku, Xeno Vegeta, Xeno Gohan, Xeno Goten, Xeno Pan, Daima Kid Goku and Daima Kid Vegeta in Sparking Zero.
I hope we got some fusions seen mainly in Heroes or DB Fusions. Also, Great Apes and Aniraza. I want kaiju fights!!!!

Master f------ Carrot, Colenel Blue, General Red, the Pilaf gang like a tag force thing like the Ginyu Force in FighterZ, Chi-Chi, Android 8 so he can converse with 16, Mummy Man, the Boxing Vampire, Tao Pai Pai, Master Crane, Spopovich and/or Yamu, and the Masked Hero (kid Trunks standing on kid Goten's shoulders wearing a costume)
Maybe we can get Moro in the game? A magical goat man could be a great strategist and Universe 7 and their Ki attacks

I can't believe Masako forgot the most important characters... the ones from Super Dragon Ball Heroes, the anime! Cabba, Fu, HEARTS. We get to fight Dio in a non-Jojo game?! Imagine all those characters too and this time, it makes sense if they were added since they were in an anime. So it's only fair!
Fighting DIO in a non-JoJo fighting game happens more often than you might think; there's an antagonist in SNK's World Warriors series that's a reference to multiple of Araki's works literally named Neo Dio, and Guilty Gear has TWO different characters who check several marks on the DIO archetype page - Zato-1 is a blond guy voiced by Takehito Kuyasu (and ironically by Matt Mercer in English) who fights using a spirit creature that's attached to his soul, and Axl Low is a blond time-stopping British guy who throws sharp things and has a complicated relationship with a character who's basically Pucci as a horny guitarist witch. I wouldn't be surprised if there are other examples.
I don't know if they will go into SDBH territory. BUT IF THEY DO, i would love to see *Cumber* , *Hearts* and *Golden Metal Cooler*
Might just be promotional for their own game but hope the Dragonball Heroes characters make it into the Sparking Zero. Really like the designs. Bardock SSJ 1 through 4, Limit Breaker SSJ4 Goku, Vegeta, Broly, Vegito, Dark Masked King, God Trunks, SSJ4 Gohan, Adult Gotenks SSJ and SSJ3, Revived Mechikabura looked cool, Upgraded Dabura, Towa, Mira, Hearts, Cumber, Fu, Golden Cooler, SSJ3 Raditz, Blue Evolution Gogeta, etc. Lot of material to work with
