    I watched this video 2 times....once I wasn't paying attention and not savoring what was literally right in front of me. the second time, I focused on it, and I really enjoyed all of the words and good points that were being made....I appreciate this video, and it was really eye-opening for me

    This is the BEST video ive seen on savoring. The presenter actually gets it! Savoringbisnt just about non-judgmental mindfulness. Its about mindfulness PLUS judgement - judging aspects of the experience as positivebor enjoyable, judging your emotions as positive. I will becrecommending this video.
