Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions is a great (if janky) game that actually introduced the Spider-Verse concept WAY before the Miles movies. I have a copy on Wii, but others should get the chance to try it. Just try to not be weirded out by 2099's voice.
These games tell me that piracy is always morally justified (I didn’t say legal, it’s a dark grey area) for abandonware that is never going to be rereleased again.
@@neetpride5919 The ethics of piracy depend on your own ethics and outlook on piracy. Honestly, I find it unjustifiable that copyright lasts for a lifetime, so I have zero moral qualms with pirating 20-30 year old games that have been re-released on the Switch.
I LOVED PSO back when i first had my Dreamcast... only i had a slight issue in that my mum refused to pay for a phone line so i could never play online (same with Quake) but i did what i could solo!
Know what I miss from Nintendo? Battalion Wars, that thing is incredibly fun and I still hold on to my Wii so I can play the OG on GameCube and the sequel on the Wii itself.
People are still playing Phantasy Star Online on Dreamcast, online. Look up the Good Vibes Gaming video on it from 3 months ago. They did cross play with Dreamcast, GameCube, Xbox, Wii, Wii U, and PC all at the same time. 😁 It's a fun video of memories. 😊
Croc and Tomba 2 have been two of my favorite games from my childhood that had been stuck on the PS1. But Argonaut announced a remake of Croc and Limited Run plans to do Tomba 2, so that makes me hopeful for more companies allowing games to come back.

Perfect timing on this one considering HZD remaster just got a rating, yet old games like Jak & Daxter are still stuck on the old consoles. BTW, whats you're thoughts on that?
Transformers: War For Cybertron was easily one of the most underrated games that came out in the 6th generation The multiplayer had insane depth and was insanely fun. It just reminds me of those games like Lost Planet 2; ones that had an insanely satisfying multiplayer but never seemed to get the attention that they deserved I also think that the Call of Duty's of yesteryear have overshadowed titles like WFC for sure
Transformers war for cybertron is amazing. I remember playing the escalation "zombies" type gamemode with my playstation friends, of whom i lost contact with after that game died. But also the coop campaign was phenomenal
I Love "Pandora tower" is one of my favored games, the mix of story and gameplay is perfect. the bosses fights are great, and I love how they give lore in survival horror stray notes.
I saw Mischief Makers on the thumbnail and immediately clicked. Not just because...Mischief Makers but also yes, HOW HAS IT NEVER BEEN PORTED TO ANYTHING. One of the best N64 games and its never been re-released in the decades since, that's absurd.
I literally just had a talk today how I wanted a re-release of PSO1 on steam. I never even played it online - but it was one of the go-to games my friends and I would play whenever we meet up. I basically sold it to my friends as some kind of console-diablo and most understood what I meant. Though it was pretty funny later on when my character was reaching 100 and my friends were around 20-ish. Fun times. I never got that Dragon Claw from Sil Dragon.
In response to trying games out of your norm, thats how i became obsessed with the Yakuza series. I saw Zero on sale for $5 on steam and could not put it down for days. It was the best video game I've ever played

Gamecube games are probably being held for switch 2 primarily for space concerns on the base Switch given that nintendo themselves tends to keep games smaller because of that and they upscale better and thus are easier to resell. Mischief Makers right are likely at Square Enix due to the original being a Enix published title and Square Enix tends to remake, remaster or rerelease less Enix properties that aren't Dragon Quest due to the extra rights involved.
I really want Champions of Norrath, Champions Return to Arms, X Men Legends, X Men Legends 2 and Transformers War For/Fall of Cybertron on current gen consoles. Champions was such a great RPG game and it looked so good on old tvs. I'd love to see that quality on current gen cause ps2 looks terrible on UHD tvs. X Men legends 2 looked alright on my old HD tv but had to use RGB and blur to get the picture I wanted.
For me, and maybe its nostalgia talking, the first couple of Nicktoons games. I loved Globs of Doom and Attack of the Toybots and honestly with how THQ Nordic and Purple shake are helming remakes like Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated and now Epic Mickey Rebrushed, which EM would've been my usual rambling but now we got one!, I would love for them to remaster any of the Nicktoons games, or even add a new title to the series. Also I would LOVE for ports of any of the old Cartoon Network games, from the gamecube KND game to many of the Ben 10 releases to even Generator Rex and The Secret Saturday's game !! Like the Nicktoons games, these can go pretty cheap depending on the console port but there's something nostalgic about them, I even still own my childhood copy of Beasts Of The 5th Sun!! Team Buddies and Future Cop: LAPD are a couple OG PS1 titles I loved that i'd love to see around once again. Also, Crash Tag Team racing is a thing if you didn't know of it - I've never played Double Dash (was never a nintendo person), but it possibly seems similar?
I’m happy my brother and I were early enough fans of Fire Emblem to pick up Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn for not second hand OOP prices… You’d think Nintendo would put them somewhere, but they just want to leave all this stuff behind
I always preferred Vigilante 8 over Twisted Metal, it just had such a unique style that stood out, shame we haven't gotten a port yet. Mischief Makers was a great N64 game that deserves to be ported but you know how Nintendo is (rolling eyes) they still won't release Earthbound 3 aka Mother 3 even though people keep asking for it.

Not necessarily a *good* game, but a game I really enjoyed was Auto Modellista. I had it for PS2 but I think it was also available for the other consoles of that gen. Last Story was probably the absolute laggiest game I had ever played back then, and the game was still average at best. Pandora's Tower is really cool tho.
Burnout 3 is backwards compatible with the Xbox 360, but not newer Xbox systems. At least the game plays well on the Xbox 360, most Xbox games that are supposed to be compatible are not well emulated on that system. Speaking of backwards compatibility on the Xbox Series X, I had to try every single Xbox 360 game I had because there were some games that are not available to download from the online store but the disc works, and those games weren't listed in the official backwards compatibility list. Two of those games I had was King Kong and Battlefield 2: Modern Combat. Luckily there's a Wikipedia of backwards compatible games that list those games as "Disc only". I can't even read the backwards compatibility list on the official Xbox site today because the site keeps hanging up when I select the filters, like "Xbox 360 games only" and "Show 200 games per page".

Still waiting on those switch ports of Wind Waker HD and Twilight Princess HD
Konami needs to put out a Ganbare Goemon collection. I have to try to find them online
I agree with bucky o hare every time I mention the game no one else knows it but I would love to see the nes come out
My friends think i'm crazy for saying Double Dash is my favorite so this video was extremely validating lmao.
Condemned 2 is stuck somewhere on Xbox 360 and I'd love to play it again...
