Then all the Yoga practices mentioned in the video and 10 minutes Pranayam (Bhastrika, Anulom Vilom and Bhramari). Also I chew my food more now. It really helps. Most important routine to follow is going to sleep and waking up on time

If you find a legit homeopath (which is hard to find), their are great supplement for ibs. I’ve been able to eat many of my trigger foods, and have regained my appetite. I really recommend if you’ve tried it all and are losing hope.
