    Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common disorder that affects the large intestine. Signs and symptoms include cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, and diarrhea or constipation, or both. IBS is a chronic condition that you'll need to manage long term. Lifestyle and stress is one of the major causes for this condition. The symptoms can be controlled and managed by practicing Yoga regularly and hence avoiding external medication eventually as the condition gets better.

      @@aanchaltyagi867 My routine these days. Wake up early morning. Then I take Ginger lemon honey tea or Fennel tea alternatively. Never take normal tea/coffee in morning empty stomach. Then all the Yoga practices mentioned in the video and 10 minutes Pranayam (Bhastrika, Anulom Vilom and Bhramari). Also I chew my food more now. It really helps. Most important routine to follow is going to sleep and waking up on time

      Namaskara Meenu. You can surely try this sequence for 3 weeks regularly but without forcing any of it. You can also develop a daily yoga practice for overall better health which also greatly works on the constipation.

    What is the difference between vibration karni and sarvangasana??

      In Sarvangasana, or shoulder stand, the weight is supported by the shoulders, whereas in Viparita Karani or legs-up-the-wall pose, there is no pressure on the shoulders.

    Im a IBS sufferer from long time, and have removed polyps from my stomach 2yrs back. I was bit OK but Since 2019 i have greatly lost weight and appetite. Recently i got a terrible back pain that whenever i release bowel mornings i feel dizzy and fainted. Although this is there i continue enjoy my yoga. But with back pain's return i cannot focus any of my routine work. Can u show some yoga asnas for IBS related back pains.

      It’s all in your head. You are very strong person. Just pray to god (whoever you worship), just say yourself daily, if I cleared this I will clear it all. Study isn’t going anywhere, if you are talented. You will not fall. I can understand how you feel.

    Sir what is the symptoms of navel displacement and is left stomach pain near navel is also a navel displacement disease na sir??       Namaskara Souvik. You can practice each asana 9-12 breaths which is somewhere around 45-60 seconds for beginners. You can also practice this sequence twice a day on empty stomach. All the best!

    Its really amazing! It works really good.I myself tried It for 1month .one more advice for IBS patient.Try 2 homeopathy medicine 1.Asafoetida (3times 15 drops in water) 2.Nux vomica 200(3times 4 drops)
    For 1-2 months along with above yoga will work guaranteed.

      @@madicccccc123 i know but its very hard to keep up with meals... Not enough stuff to consume for IBS sufferes too. I guess stress mainly affects however we controlled other things.

      @@sheyf7562 since writing this I lost 20 lbs. Ibs is so hard to manage even with the right diet. I recently started seeing a homeopathic MD and he prescribed me arsinicum album. If you find a legit homeopath (which is hard to find), their are great supplement for ibs. I’ve been able to eat many of my trigger foods, and have regained my appetite. I really recommend if you’ve tried it all and are losing hope.

    Pawanmuktasana with double leg pulling and pressing on chest is not recommended for people suffering from High Blood pressure.

      Yes, it is true. Pawanmuktasana with double leg pulling and pressing on the chest is not recommended for people with high blood pressure. This pose can increase intra-abdominal pressure and restrict blood flow, which can worsen hypertension.
      Those with high blood pressure should opt for gentle, restorative yoga poses and practice under teacher's guidance
