I can't wait for when, or if you ever get a 3D printer and start experimenting with working 3D printing on fabrics and meshes to use into your fashion and costumes like Sophie Wong, or, even super strange stuffs like Nusi Quero.
This whole outfit turned out amazing! Loved how much you were enjoying yourself in the reveal, the excitement always adds an extra level. (Also, thank you for the warning about the flashing lights! It let me make the adjustments to my screen that I needed to be able to watch safely, so I appreciate you adding that so much.)
Would 0.25x speed be safe? Or just progress frame by frame? (Weird, I thought I was replying to someone else, but your comment was about flashing lights as well)
@@pattheplanter (No worries!) I watched at 0.25x speed, as well as making my screen smaller and dimmer, and that worked safely for me personally. If it helps to know, the flashing lights comes from the rapidly changing background, which is in bold patterns of differing colors. It also includes an instance of a shaking screen with the Dalmatian pattern and a slow spinning black and white spiral.
I was expecting you to have 100 stuffed animals you disassembled to get the fur for the coat. You put together a great outfit and balanced what you wanted with what you had material for.
Very cool, the vibe and the music at the end and your synchronised lip movements to the exalted diva, superb. I think you've come a long way and you're going to make it far. Your good looks are quite an advantage. Greetings from Germany. Have fun in Barcelona.
For sticky leather or pleather I tap a cotton ball in a bit of machine oil and then oil the materias as I sew. It all goes down smooooth. The machine also is happy 😃 Teflon foot will never go so easy.
Hee hee the headband made me giggle. And to be honest, I think the coat actually works better at 3/4 length than down to the floor, something a bit more glamorous about it. Love the red with the black and white.
Tes reveals sont tellement bien ! J'adore ce costume, que tu pourrais carrément mettre tous les jours x) Une playlist de tout tes reveals ? Celui là est : Chief's Kiss !
when you showed nanny fine i remembered that i watched our russian adaptation of this series as a child. and our nanny had the same vibe in her clothes. so nostalgic 💙
SO GOOD! Green Screen Time was a vibe. Tip for sewing sticky fabrics: Have the tissue paper underneath and use masking tape for the underside of your presser foot! Give it a go 😀
I really like the modern take on this outfit. You look stunning and I really hope that you treat it as something to wear in your life and not only as a costume for the big costume closet. The reveal video is sooo great. Thank you, I had a lot of fun.
Thanks for the "warning: flashing lights"! I really appreciate being able to look away for flashing parts so that I can still watch the rest of the glorious video - and listen to the flashing bits :)
I‘m always so in love with your greenscreen reveals! Crazy, awesome edited and so funny that I peed myself just a bit from laughing. Keep on doing, girl!
Outrageous! 😆 I watched a video of Minky salesperson giving 10 tips of working with this fabric. It would work for fake fur too. The Nanny Fran's outfits were outrageous for the time and the canned laughter track loved hahaha 😆 💕 Now we can add you to the list! 🤩
10:32 i love when i notice two completely different kinds of youtube chanels use the same background music. This music is regularly used under minecraft speed build sections in GoodTimesWithScar videos :D
I just love your sense of humour. Your videos are so fun to watch and I learn lots in the process. (Also, thank you for helping out our Kirilee recently. As another Aussie, I was glad your generosity was part of her success.)
Everybody knows already you’re the queen of sewing but your editing at the end was 💥👌 BIG LOVE from Quebec (Je ne sais pas pourquoi j’écris anglais alors que tu comprend évidement bien le français 😅) Keep the amazing work you have a fan here!! 🖤❤️🤍
This is still one of my absolute favorite projects of yours. The vibe! And that's; the *VIBE* - in bold, big letters! The boots became more of a focal point when you made that jacket instead of a longer version, and I absolutely think that was the right choice. The whole look is perfectly balanced! I've been re-watching this video at least 5-8 times and I just love it. Hope you had fun in Barcelona by the way _(even though it's 6 months later)_ :)
I just used my slippery presser foot on an Annie Oakley leather fringe costume skirt! It is a handy tool, but you managed pretty well! I love your voice overs.
For sticky materials, I have a foot with a small roll (roller foot). But before I had that, I used talcum powder. It makes the material slip and you can just brush it off or wipe it off afterwards. And yes, there are also non-stick feet made of teflon, but I've never tried one.
Omg, this might just be your coolest reveal yet!! 😂 Music choice was so good too... What a beautiful coat/costume!!! 😍💯🖤🤍🖤🤍❤ Have a good day, hello from east coast USA!!
That was a fabulous reveal! The day this video came out, I had just finished washing the dalmation puppy costume that I sewed for my son back in 1996. I am giving it to a friend to use for her little one. :)
Ariel!! I don’t know if this will help but you can get matte sticky tape and you can stick a piece to the underside of the sewing foot. It might even be medical tape I’m not sure but that helps with sticky faux leather and vinyl fabrics!
You are valid, vinyl/pvc is SO sticky. Teflon foot helps a little. a ROLLER foot is what really makes a difference and you can get them for most common machine types for pretty cheap IIRC? (don't waste your money with the Teflon foot honestly.)
Maybe put tape on the bottom of the sewing machine foot for helping with the stickiness and lack of visuals for the top while using the paper for the underside near the feed dogs. Cellophane tape may be less sticky next to the sticky material but it would probably be food to check a few different things

Hi! We have a pretty nice weather here in Barcelona, so don't expect to be very cold... Have a great time!
I can't wait for when, or if you ever get a 3D printer and start experimenting with working 3D printing on fabrics and meshes to use into your fashion and costumes like Sophie Wong, or, even super strange stuffs like Nusi Quero.
Your green screen reveals are perfection!!
Agree😂👍🏼
I love them, too!
Oo, I love it! Would love to see more Nanny Fine outfits. She is a icon that needs celebrating!
Same!
The studio was set to laugh each time she appeared.
@@jayneterry8701 ok? That has anything to do with her clothes?
I absolutely LOVE every single one of your projects!!
Oh thank you! I love your projects too♥️♥️

I agreeee--thank you for that flashing light warning!!!
I used to have a coat with this pattern when I was little, so this brings back a lot of memories. Love the green screen time!
stunning! The coat being shorter, it lets the boots shine more I think, so happy accident
I was expecting you to have 100 stuffed animals you disassembled to get the fur for the coat.
You put together a great outfit and balanced what you wanted with what you had material for.
I also thought it would be disassembled toys😂
Very cool, the vibe and the music at the end and your synchronised lip movements to the exalted diva, superb. I think you've come a long way and you're going to make it far. Your good looks are quite an advantage. Greetings from Germany. Have fun in Barcelona.
Fran Fine is the only style inspiration I will ever follow. Adore that woman. Fantastic reveal btw
OMG your green screen reveal was EPIC in the extreme! ❤ You are so resourceful and talented with your design, patterning and sewing skills. ❤
💚
And...She is a fun and awesome actress. The facial expressions alone:)
Fran is an icon, and the sarcasm of the show was awe inspiring! (the coat is fabulous)
The author of 101 Dalmations Dodie Smith, went to my school during the 1900s. I went in the 70s.
Best costume channel on here. X
Thanks for the warning about flashing images!
I can definitely see Cruella wearing that.
I love your crazy coming out in the end there! Your reveal is wonderful and I love the boots.
💚💚💚💚
Just sitting here in shock, those were insanely helpful sewing tips! I've never set pockets like that!
Im living for this. You were FEELING that cruella fantasy amd i love it!
I kind of hoped that you had taken dalmatian plushies apart for the costume.
that's what I thought she was going to do too :D
The reveal is 🔥🤣
For sticky leather or pleather I tap a cotton ball in a bit of machine oil and then oil the materias as I sew. It all goes down smooooth. The machine also is happy 😃 Teflon foot will never go so easy.
The finale montage is so adorable, and funny, love it
Talc powder or something similar for sewing the sticking fabric might help ❤
You risk damaging the machine, talcum is very abrazive in fine mechanics
Or glue some parts 1st
Hee hee the headband made me giggle. And to be honest, I think the coat actually works better at 3/4 length than down to the floor, something a bit more glamorous about it. Love the red with the black and white.
That last montage was PURE ART
13:04 buenos notches
You could add some tape to the bottom of your sewing foot if you don't have a Teflon foot. Silicone spray also helps
The amount of times I hear your voice in my head saying "It's fine" when I'm working on something... It's helped me so much!
Half chaps for the win 😍
Tes reveals sont tellement bien ! J'adore ce costume, que tu pourrais carrément mettre tous les jours x)

This is the content I come to RUclips for lol makes me smile & laugh, PLUS it’s sewing, so it just makes my heart happy. ❤❤❤
Thank you so much! This is heartwarming ❤
The reveal gave me THE CHILLS!!
I think that is your best reveal yet! Those dancing puppies were bizarre! Outfit looks great!
This was utmost wizardry, Madame!
I absolutely can't wrap my head around the colar conception

The jacket turned out amazing! Also... superfast build mode!
This looks so good: the coat, the boots, the dress, the purse, the wig!
...I may need to go watch the movie again!
The ending was incredible!!!
You look stunning. I really love the coat and “boots”. The green screen is brilliant. Your videos are so much fun.
Super fast build mode!
Amazing costume, as always! Green screen time is always the best 🎉
That was one hell of a reveal (great lip-syncing!) the jacket and gaiters (leg covers) lonk fantastic, and well done on splicing the wigs!
Thanks for the "warning: flashing lights"! I really appreciate being able to look away for flashing parts so that I can still watch the rest of the glorious video - and listen to the flashing bits :)

Unexpected GoodtimesWithScar time lapse in the middle. 😁
Fun video and fun costume.
I adore you. That ending was perfect
Outrageous! 😆 I watched a video of Minky salesperson giving 10 tips of working with this fabric. It would work for fake fur too. The Nanny Fran's outfits were outrageous for the time and the canned laughter track loved hahaha 😆 💕 Now we can add you to the list! 🤩
This 80's Cruella is such an icon!
I love this entire outfit! Your explanation of making the jacket made it seem like jackets aren't that difficult to sew.
Do a little bit of plastic tape under the foot. Or use a walking foot. Wich is mostly used for leather.
10:32 i love when i notice two completely different kinds of youtube chanels use the same background music. This music is regularly used under minecraft speed build sections in GoodTimesWithScar videos :D

I adore your skill and silliness!!!
Wait, do you store your thread and notions in an old museum specimen case?! That's so cool!!!
Ahaha yay, I made a video about it!
You are a creative genius! Love, love, love everything about your channel.
Sending love from South Africa 🇿🇦
The reveal at the end was fucking amazing!
I don't know why, but the black and red with the dark hair just makes me think of Captian Harlock.

I wasn't prepared for the sass level of that end reveal 🤣 I love it so much
I just used my slippery presser foot on an Annie Oakley leather fringe costume skirt! It is a handy tool, but you managed pretty well! I love your voice overs.
Love the dance party at the end!!!

Ooooh the reveal was amazing! And the coat is awesome too, of course 🤩
this look is so badass! I love it.
I love your Wacky costumes ❤

Spats! Chaps are something VERY different
Omg, this might just be your coolest reveal yet!! 😂 Music choice was so good too... What a beautiful coat/costume!!! 😍💯🖤🤍🖤🤍❤ Have a good day, hello from east coast USA!!
This green screen reveal was fantastic XD the outfit turned out so well!!
Thank you so much!
Yaaaaaas! I've been watching the nanny recently, Fran fine is divineeee! 🤩🤩🤩❤ I love love love this!
The reveal is marvelous
It is so funny seeing you cool the ironed cloth with your hands! 😂😂😂 the original "clappers"
not only you make super cool or fun things all the time your editing and voiceo over is always super fun too
I love this look! It's amazing! I feel like the boots really sell it.
The reveal! Very wickedly satisfying 🤭
That was a fabulous reveal!
The day this video came out, I had just finished washing the dalmation puppy costume that I sewed for my son back in 1996. I am giving it to a friend to use for her little one. :)
I love the new reveals!
That "dancing" dog is one of my favorite memes from so long ago I wish it would make the rounds again.
Ariel!! I don’t know if this will help but you can get matte sticky tape and you can stick a piece to the underside of the sewing foot. It might even be medical tape I’m not sure but that helps with sticky faux leather and vinyl fabrics!
What a great idea! I bet masking tape would work, too.
That music video was fire!
Won-der-ful. I ducking love it!
🦆
The reveal at the end 😍
Amazing! Best Cruella ever!
Also - AMAZING. Such a fantastic look, what a great style icon to base it on!!! (and Glenn Close was such a BAMF, great choice for the reveal :D )
That coat looked awesome!!!
I just love those reveals su much :3
Wonderful video, as always.
And, congratulations on the Barcelona event
Absolutely incredible as always!!
You are valid, vinyl/pvc is SO sticky. Teflon foot helps a little. a ROLLER foot is what really makes a difference and you can get them for most common machine types for pretty cheap IIRC? (don't waste your money with the Teflon foot honestly.)
la nostalgie des feuilletons de 20h00 de la 6...
Love it!! And your green screen reveals are always so much fun!!
Acting is on point ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Maybe put tape on the bottom of the sewing machine foot for helping with the stickiness and lack of visuals for the top while using the paper for the underside near the feed dogs. Cellophane tape may be less sticky next to the sticky material but it would probably be food to check a few different things
So amazing to watch, and the reveal was hilarious ^^
A tip I picked up from fursuit makers: Carefully cut faux fur from the back with a knife so you don't cut so much of the pile.
Tu es géniale !! Toutes ces astuces de coutures et de créativité !! Les guêtres sur le bottes !! So clever !
Une vidéo de Barcelone bientôt ?
À bientôt !!

Your reveals are the greatest on RUclips!
Awwww
Maravilhosa e muito talentosa!!!
