    Purchased Panasonic inverter 3 Star 1.5 ton AC recently. Within few months, outside board issue reported. Raised complaint to customer service got it replaced after multiple follow up but still issue. Service engineer said he will inform senior engineer to check. Went for Panasonic due to Japanese company and trusted on the product but they ruined the trust .. there is no extension of license for AC down dates within warranty. Service engineer was not adequate enough to handle issue fully. He informs like he checked everything but still issue. No product replacement within warranty period as per service engineer. He informed will check and fix the issue soon. Not sure how many days we have to wait for the product without in service.. Don't go for Panasonic

    Hello team,
    There are few queries about this device
    1. If the Panasonic AC is connected with MirAIe app in my mobile and the AC power supply is kept ON (AC is OFF) and my Wifi in my home is ON. In this condition, can I sit in my office and operate (switching ON, control the temperature, operation through Google voice assistant ) the AC which is installed in my home?
    2. In specifications, it's mentioned that this is a stabilizer free AC. As a inverter type AC, it is so important to protect its electronic PCB's. In case of frequent power fluctuations and power cut is it safe to operate this AC without stabilizer? what is the reliability of this PCB's and what about it's warranty?
