Informative video. Few days ago, installed panasonic smart ac. Tried different ways, but could not configure. Mirapp do not detect ac. Mine is 5G wifi. How to resolve the issue, plelase guide.
Change the wifi settings from 5ghz to 2.4ghz.
Jio Fiber provides 2 networks and all my smart devices are connected to 2.4ghz network.
If you have only one network you can change settings of you broadband and switch it to 2.4ghz

Yes. Majority of all Smart devices support only 2.4gh network.
Also 2.4 ghz have better range

No need to keep MirAie on.
But AC must be connected to wifi all the time so it can send data to servers

Today, I bought a Panasonic 2 ton 5 star model . EU24AKY5 MODEL NO PRICE 58000 RS. first I chose the smart wifi model but the company told me due to the problems in wifi they don't sell smart AC.

Panasonic doesn't provide power cable and three pin.....
Technician has charged for power cable as per length required and I have purchased three pin of 16 Amp from market....

No. I closed it later.
But If I have provided them white cement just after installation they would have closed it.
Yesterday my Ac was installed. And they close the hole with white cement. Without any hesitation..
Few hours only AC was installed.......I cleared with Technician about filling of hole and vaccuming....

After the AC is connected in Mirale app it shows device is offline but my WiFi’s signal strength is strong till there ( that i am watching your video at max quality without buffer ) what can i do ?
Edit:- AC ka hotspot ON nhi hota hai.
No wifi logo on AC means ac is not connected to internet(Router) & is offline.
Try Reconnecting it
Same issue with my AC, in setup mode it keeps blinking wifi icon. I have never seen panasonic hotspot. Miraie app shows AC as offline and also error status by pressing the cancel button for 10sec shows E C4 error. Did you find any solution.
@@rcchandan Hey Chandan, I had the exact same issue as you. I couldn't find the Panasonic hotspot in the Mirale app when in SE mode. After pressing the cancel button, my AC would show an E C4 error, indicating that it wasn't connected to the internet. The problem was with the PCB. You need to get your PCB replaced with a new one. It’s a small part in your indoor unit.
( I found out that while manufacturing AC’s they are fitting the defective PCB’s because demand is high and they don’t have enough time )

An update, it worked. I had to scan the qr first. Qr is found below the ac unit.

How to see temp when AC is in AI mode?
You can check temperature in MirAIe App by checking the temperature dial in app and also AC display blinks everytime when it changes temp in ai mode
