Using panasonic AC since last summer and would recommend this to everyone the cooling is super strong and the power load is very minimal so it is very pocket friendly and coming to the Miraie app it's super convenient to use especially when midnight chills the sleep profile provides a soothing comfort by changing the thermostat automatically one thing that annoys me in this product is that to change the mode or fan speed or vertical swing we have to tap it continuously untill the desired mode is turned on except this AC is superb cools my 225 sq ft room in less than 3 mins and I always keep the temperature at 26 or 27...

'This device cannot be setup' error pops up whenever i try to set up the AC using my phone (pixel). May I know the reason behind this error? And how to solve this?

Panasonic Hot and Cold AC has some big issues ....
1) Panasonic Hot and Cold AC is designed for cold only because if we set AC to "heat" mode, it reset itself to "Auto" mode (which is cooling mode) after some time on its own or when it restart after resuming power after power failure or when you restart yourself or when MirAIe App loses connection to Panasonic server (Panasonic guys called it feature, I call it bad design). Auto mode is cooling mode and such a big mistake is unusual of Panasonic. This issue should be fixable with firmware update through MirAIe app. I wonder why they have not tested condition for hot mode when they are selling Hot and Cold AC. I don't want "Auto" mode which cools when I set for heating mode, it should be in "heat" mode till I switch it back to "cool" mode.
2) if I set AC to 24 degree Celsius, the room will be hot in say 15 minutes then AC take pause and turn on heating again when temperature drop to 20 degree Celsius or so but during whole time the MirAIe shows green meaning AC is on, they should give indication whether it is actually running or in pause state.
3) AC does not turn on after the temperature goes to the set temperature, it waits few more degree and long pause which may not be desired
4) MirAIe app loses connectivity even on strong 2.4 Ghz signal wifi and then reset to "Auto" mode on its own, very poor implementation of logic in my opinion especially for Hot and Cold AC where user may be in in "heat" mode.
5) MirAIe doesn't show IP address or Mac Address so one can't bind them together in the router which is required by many to secure their network from misuse.
I hope, someone from Panasonic India is seeing this and resolve the issues asap.

Yes you can connect any number of phones. Just login to same account from your phones and operate the device from anywhere
While using this app my ac temperature and mode automatically changed and it always shift to Auto Mode if I disable smart feature (wifi) than this issue not happen

When clicking on Register, “error occurred” pops up.. I am not able to register myself on the app.! I am using iPhone 15 with the latest updated versions, but then also, error comes..! Please guide or update the MirAie App to remove the bug if any..!
This has to do with the special characters in password. I faced the same issue when using “-” in password. Use @ instead.

SOMETIMES I DNT WANT TO USE SMART OPTION.
Whenever i turn on the ac, smart option will automatically turn on and UNABLE TO TURN OFF THE SMART OPTION (WiFi is always in on)

I purchased panasonic 1.5ton smart ac today. I am on 2.4Ghz wifi network.. When I try to find the panasonic ac device on MirAIe app, ( this is ofcourse after enabling wi-fi icon and SE text on ac) . it is not able to detect the ac at all.

@@bharathtaurus2 Hello, open mirAIe app -> click on your profile on right top -> Settings -> upgrade firmware.
The App will star downloading some patch file. Once it's done connect it to your AC

There is no option inside mirai app to share devices with other family members mirai account
You can login using same id/password in any number of phones and operate the AC.

104 error. tried both with poco m2pro , redmi. Also my wifi has 40mbps speed.

Error 193 trying to set connect with the app. Im extremely tech savvy but this app is not even "remotely" user friendly. Scanning qr code registers error, manual connection useless. Wifi direct has no back screen and it just times out. The only reason i bought Panasonic split ac and not daiken was fir the connectivity. Pathetic.
