After that the cooling was low and worst , there was continuous formation of ice... service centre people tried to rectify the issue for 6 times in a month and they failed and after a long bargaining with customer care they offered replacement or refund ... Got the full refund finally... The Issue and the resolution was a long tedious process... For a better performance please do chose between Mitsubishi Electric or FUJITSU GENERAL ( Using for past 6 years and replacing the Samsung one with the General AC)
