the safest way I've found to open up a new band saw blade that is twisted in a circle like your was is to undue the tie that is keepimg it together ( or two ties) then find a clear area and throw the blade. This way there is no way to have it hit u in the face or arms.. Just a suggestion. Great channel
Good thing he is tall. With those cradles in the middle of the table, I'd barely be able to reach the rear end to work on it. Have to rest my belly against the table. :)
Watch your videos alot. I used to be a machinist and one thing I can pass on is if your horizontal bandsaw feeds slowly when it breaks through the metal it won’t break teeth off. But I’m not a know it all ether so keep up the good work.

Next time you change out your bandsaw blade, turn the old bandsaw blade into a great fillet knife. Make it a full Tang, trim the blade at the end to come to a point you get a great fillet knife. for fish cleaning

foreign steel made from melted down scrap has has lots of hard spotsin it that ruins a blade in 2 seconds, before you can shut off your machine. I have started using abrasive blade cut off saws. It takes longer but is cheaper than replacing a lot of band saw blades.

That really is a sharp looking truss they made there. Wish I had the money saved up, I would love to have you lift my 89 Pathfinder with a solid axle swap up front!! Maybe one day!! Nobody sells anything for it except 3” hockey pucks and I’m not a fan of body lifts. Awesome job as always love the channel!!

Use canola oil in squirt bottle at the band saw for long blade life, as a coolant.

Turn your square tubing 90 degrees so your set screws aren't hanging out in the open.

You should make a groove to locate the two sides of the stand so you dont need to stop and measure each side every time you set them both the same
