How to make a Texas rig & mount a weedless lure

A simple video showing how to make a Texas rig and mount a lure to fish weedless. This is a great rig for rough ground and areas where there is lots of weed.
It can be deadly for Bass and Wrasse.

If you use a 1/0 on a long 4 inch lure then it will be destroyed pretty quickly by wrasee.
Match the lure length to the hook size.
3 inch lure 3/0 ewg
2.5 inch lure just round down to 2/0

I find the knot stops your weight from going over it. Should your braid snap the fish is tethered to the trace with the weight on it.
