What does it mean for crying to "stop" you? I've never encountered a situation where crying has stopped anyone from doing anything except momentarily. Crying releases stress and can help clear your mind and reset your emotional state so you can act more decisively.
If you uncontrollably cry at all tough situations, you have emotional incontinence and should seek professional help for it. This does not apply to any normal person crying for 2 minutes because something terrible happened to them or someone they love.

I am an emotional man, i used to cry often times (not on silly things, rather on things that occasionally triggered me).
Thankful to God, i was a confident, strong, capable guy and still i cried, and whenever i cried it felt so nice, i t felt refreshing and it felt like ooenning a new page. And by the way, facing my life problems was much easier and less harming to my heart.
Things got complex lately, i had an intense love experience and so much family problems at the same time, i cried alot, i would fill bottles with my tears, after months, what happened is that i just became dull, i just lost my feelings, and since then i lost the ability to cry eventhough i needed it.
I feel like my heart will explode and i really need to be able to cry again. For now i am being more open to this and i will be good soon, hope so.

They may not understand completely but they'll do their best to try. Also anger is very bad for you, if you're angry all the time you will eventually develop high blood pressure / LDL cholesterol.
