Think of something really depressing.. Maybe losing someone and then really stick on the fact that your never going to see them again, Maybe try thinking about a scenario where it was your fault.. Or think about every little detail that you don’t like about yourself, that often works for me because i have a lot i can think about myself.

Tips:
Yawn, it causes your eyes to water
Think of sad things, like how when you die the world will just continue and you have done nothing to change it and your life is pointless
Don’t blink it will make you cry if you don’t blink
