9.26 pm . I did intermittent fasting for 3 years. Lost 7 kgs. Reduced my tablets from 1000mg to 500 mg per day. Just two weeks back i was daigonised of Hpyroli - Gerd and now I am on Antacid for 20 days and then will be on antibiotics. I have to have small meals now. The acid reflux was too much.

That's 18 hours of fasting. I have been following this for two months. Honestly, never cheated 🙂. I don't go overboard during the eating window. But No visible results as yet. Of course I don't know what is happening internally ! Am i going wrong somewhere ?

सौरभ जी नमस्कार मैं नुट्रिशन शेक लेती हूँ सुबह और शाम में... क्या वो भी सूर्य अस्त से पहले लूँ.. दोपहर में 12 बजे खाना कहा लेती हूँ. 20 kg वेट कम कर चुकी हूँ. अब आपसे जुड़ी हूँ और तन सुख प्रारम्भ हुआ है चलना फिरना आरंग हो गया. अभी 55kg और घटाना है 110 kg है अब भी. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 कृपया जवाब जरूर दीजियेगा 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Offcourse u should drink a lot of water during fasting period
