    I m doing IF only from 16 july and already lost 3.5 kg till date i.e 10 aug... I follow 18 / 6 ... I break fast by vegetables and saturated fats ...at @ 1 noon and before 6 pm ... pure jain lifestyle... Thank you Saurabh for inspiration...chaumasa bhi hai to easy hogaya...

      Offcourse u should drink a lot of water during fasting period
      Otherwise it will cause gas problems

    Intermittent fasting सूयोर्दय से शाम तक कब कब और कितना और क्या खाना है ये भी बताइए सौरभ प्लीज़। मेरी उम्र 72 वर्ष है। मैं अपना काम ,खाना बनाना व घर संभालने का काम स्वयं करती हूँ।
    सुबह शाम आधा आधा घण्टा वॉक भी करती हूँ।व प्रातः प्राणायाम व सहज सा योगाभ्यास।
    आप बहुत अच्छा सिखाते हैं। 10 दिनों का योगाभ्यास आप से जून में सीखा!

    I am 44 yrs recently joined 21 day yoga session and i just cant believe what magic u r doing ,Stay Blessed and Thank u so much 4 all t support
    I would like to know one thing which is very very important 4 me ,i follow intermittent fasting regular ,from very long time i have this doubt that during autophagy as we dont have anything except water ,is ot allowed to take suppliments
    As i am advised to take three time in a day ...
    Can u plz suggest me plz

    9.26 pm . I did intermittent fasting for 3 years. Lost 7 kgs. Reduced my tablets from 1000mg to 500 mg per day. Just two weeks back i was daigonised of Hpyroli - Gerd and now I am on Antacid for 20 days and then will be on antibiotics. I have to have small meals now. The acid reflux was too much.

    I have a query. I am obese and trying to lose weight. I am 50 years (female).
    I have breakfast at 9 am and lunch at 2.30 pm. No food after this. That's 18 hours of fasting. I have been following this for two months. Honestly, never cheated 🙂. I don't go overboard during the eating window. But No visible results as yet. Of course I don't know what is happening internally ! Am i going wrong somewhere ?

    मैं नुट्रिशन शेक लेती हूँ सुबह और शाम में... क्या वो भी सूर्य अस्त से पहले लूँ.. दोपहर में 12 बजे खाना कहा लेती हूँ. 20 kg वेट कम कर चुकी हूँ. अब आपसे जुड़ी हूँ और तन सुख प्रारम्भ हुआ है चलना फिरना आरंग हो गया. अभी 55kg और घटाना है 110 kg है अब भी. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 कृपया जवाब जरूर दीजियेगा 🙏🏻🙏🏻
