The problem with this team is a lot of these guys got paid, saw it as a success and then the majority of them stopped giving a fuck. Zaire and Speed are both garbage. They spent all this time on their podcasts talking shit when they haven’t done a damn thing in this league. Success equates to wins on the field, this organization is rotten from the top down and has been for the last 5 years.

The problems I see appear to be a direct result of mismanagement and poor coaching. Get rid of Ballard TODAY, get rid of Steichen TODAY, and get rid of the rest of the coaches TODAY (except Reggie). The culture is disrespecting the city, the fans, AND the Irsay's. Do the guys not respect Jim's daughters? I honestly wonder.. Furthermore, we've been digging through Philly's trash can FAR TOO LONG.
