My 5 year old son got really into football this season for the first time. We had a lot of fun with IU football, but he didn’t appreciate how incredible of a turnaround that was for them. As for the NFL, because of the Colts being so hard to watch, he has cared more about just following the NFL in general rather than caring what happens with the Colts. I’m taking him to his first game on Sunday, and I’m hoping he has a good experience and sees a win, but I’m really worried he’s going to be unimpressed with the atmosphere and hear a lot of boos. I used to think if you’re out of the playoff hunt you might as well just lose to get a better pick, but none of his friends care about the Colts either. They’re losing a generation of potential fans.

It’s hard to wake up on Sunday’s or get yourself fired up for gameday, especially when you expect very little to go your way. I definitely made multiple trips to the bathroom last night. Colts should hire Robert Saleh as their defensive coordinator. There's no way the Giants offense should have scored so easily. I think the defense has good players, but they looked so confused covering receivers, and the rush was not good.
I would be happy to hear more former Colts chime in since they dismiss his opinions because he was a punter. Marlin Jackson might be the only former Colt I have heard from recently. I am curious to hear what Reggie Wayne has to say since he is on both sides. I like certain guys on the team. Chris Ballard might do well in drafting early rounds, but he hasn’t made the best decisions for the team. Shane Steichen might be a good play caller, but I don’t think he’s the type of coach I just want to run through a wall for. And Anthony Richardson is a great athlete, but what’s the point of having a good receiving corp if you can’t pass the ball. I would be fine with a full redo of the team, but I doubt there will be a lot of change.

I was a colts fan my entire life growing up in Indiana until I saw how they treated Andrew luck. I tapped out then and haven’t looked back.
The offense put up 33 points. The defense allowed 45. So what's up with the defense.
Born and raised in indy. Colts fan all my life. They are currently an embarrassment....and honestly, the entire NFL is partially to blame for the AR debacle because of HOW BAD they wanted him to be a superstar.....I was absolutely dumbfounded the first half of the season when announcers were on their knees just polishing this dude rod while he was just out there falling apart. It did not matter how badly he was doing, they were acting like he was the second coming of Christ. Well now we all see the truth. The first step in fixing a problem is admitting you have one.....and buddy WE GOT PROBLEMS.....fix em. Release AR, dont even try to get anything for him. Just drop him like the embarrassment he is....send him back to high school because he doesnt even deserve to be in the arena league, XFL, or college. Every team literally gets better the moment hes off the roster.
Pat correct take on colts EXCEPT Johnathon Taylor,1,453 yards in 13 games,4.7 ypc, he is a top 5 RB,the dropped ball thing wasn’t good even though replay showed it was questionable.As far as contract hold out the Colts could have said “no”, I feel he earned his worth this season
Colts should hire Robert Saleh as their defensive coordinator. There's no way the Giants offense should have scored so easily. I think the defense has good players, but they looked so confused covering receivers, and the rush was not good.
I would be happy to hear more former Colts chime in since they dismiss his opinions because he was a punter. Marlin Jackson might be the only former Colt I have heard from recently. I am curious to hear what Reggie Wayne has to say since he is on both sides. I like certain guys on the team. Chris Ballard might do well in drafting early rounds, but he hasn’t made the best decisions for the team. Shane Steichen might be a good play caller, but I don’t think he’s the type of coach I just want to run through a wall for. And Anthony Richardson is a great athlete, but what’s the point of having a good receiving corp if you can’t pass the ball. I would be fine with a full redo of the team, but I doubt there will be a lot of change.

I'm so disgruntled as a colts fan, I had the game on in the other room and only listened intermittently. Im glad this ride is ending.
Even sadder is realizing how mediocre the rest of the division is. It shouldn’t be that hard to win this division.
