Great video. Im a Danish real estate photo and video and drone phothografer. I know a bit of these borring videos. so these ones was fresh looking to me Thanks. I work for at very big firm with over 200 phothografers and konsistens can be real borring. How long did you use taking it? And how much could you charge for it?
The video definitely made me want to see more of the house lol. Are you still editing on FCP? I think I remember a video awhile back, you mentioned you use it
That video was part of our pro package which is photos, aerials, video, matterport, Zillow 3D and a floorplan. For that size house it was $1400 plus twilights. If they got just the video with twilight video added it would be $595+$195

Superb video with great videography. Thanks for sharing all such important information which will be helpful for millions of photographers in real estate photography.
Love the video! Would love alittle more technical break down of the work flow specifically the camera workflow. Do you get all the wide shots first then switch to your tighter lense and rebalance gimbal? I feel like I need a better process. How long did the video portion of this packet take to shoot?
We filmed with a 12mm Laowa whole house then switched to 24-70 Sigma for details! We have a big team so 1 person was on photo and drone and the other on Video. So we could finish and get out of the owners hair faster!
Thanks for the video, Alex. I was wondering, what your editing workflow is. Do outsource your editing? If so, how do you work with your editor to make sure the style of the video is something that you were going for? Or do you just send over all the footage and let them decide?
All of our video editing is outsourced. On less incredible houses we don't give much input anymore, our editors know the style we like to do. With a house like this we'll give more input on what we are envisioning.
@@AlexSerrao thanks for the reply, I just watched your video on processes that you made a couple months ago were you talk about hiring your editors on salary. If you don’t mind me asking about what will you pay for a salary for a video editor like you have? I’m trying to figure out the best way to proceed and scale my business up here in NY
really great video... would love to know how you do those zoom in transition with the push in shots, what effects do you use for that ? speed ramps and motion blur only?
this is my exact style! Love it. One lady did not like the earthquake transition.. she was like did you drop your camera lol

Video took about an hour and a half! and we charged around $500 plus $225 to come back for Twilight Video, plus the other services we did here!
How I love to find this type of channels, true experience, no bullscrap and real learning stuff! I admire you man! Thank you for what you do!
I would love to learn how to do this.
You can do it!
Awesome work, really like the flow and style! I'm curious, what framerate are you using??
30fps for the wide shots due to a7iv crop factor. And 60 fps for the details
The video definitely made me want to see more of the house lol. Are you still editing on FCP? I think I remember a video awhile back, you mentioned you use it
FCP still! I personally like to use premiere pro but my main editor is on FCP
Would really like to see video in its entirety. Do you have a link for it?
how are you doing the speed ramp from outside the house to inside?
How much $ for such video?
Unreal! Experimenting with editors right now. Any suggestions or tips using editors?
Look for someone with great english, has the bandwidth to handle your volume and can adapt to the style of videos you'd like to make!
What do you charge for a package of this size? It looks awesome.

Great breakdown, Alex! Video looks great. Really insightful stuff! 👏🔥
how much would you charge for a video of that type also?

I love the concept of incorporating detail shots too. I need to start doing that. thanks for sharing!
Love the content! Curious, in 2023 what would you recommend as a starter/beginner budget camera and lens to start with for RE photography?
Thanks! I really like the a6400 or something from that line. Great cameras to get started on. Then grab their 10-18mm lens
Superb video with great videography. Thanks for sharing all such important information which will be helpful for millions of photographers in real estate photography.

Great vid and super helpful overview and commentary. Thanks!!
Glad it was helpful!
Great video. A few things I haven’t seen before. Very cool. Thanks for sharing.
Appreciate it!

Whoa...that was nice. I like the departure from the traditional flow...adds more pop and interest.
Thank you!!

Yes! Speed ramp with motion blur. My editor prefers Final Cut Pro for those style transitions.
very high quality video, thanks.
are you sure its not a smooth zoom transition rather? @@AlexSerrao
Amazing video 🙌👏🏼
Thank you!
