Oh man I really need help finding a good hdr editor. I’ve tried so many and always get the same sloppy results. Usually ends up being nothing like their test images.

This is awesome thank you so much! Would you mind going over some of your recommendations/tips on how to handle booking and scheduling shoots throughout a typical week?
Currently we do it all manually through email/text/call. That said, in 2023 we are adding a booking option through our website. Going to be using Aryeo for it. As much as I love Show & Tour and will continue to support them, Aryeo offers more things at this stage of scaling that we are starting to need.

Great video as always. Do you have any experience with Box Brownie as far as photo editing and virtual tours?
I've used them for digital twilights but that's it. I've heard mixed reviews on their other services and they are more expensive that the market average

Hey David, I actually made them. They are foam panels from Amazon then I built the backing and frame for them.
Can you tell us how to find reliable editors in vietnam?
Very reliable, very reasonable price. You should check them before with their skill. You can send them text pictures. Good Luck. It works.

Ok question. I see that you shoot sony. Thats good lol i have the a7r4 but my question is do you shoot compressed raw or uncompressed raw? Where do I find an editor?
Hey Alex! I see you mentioned using slack AND teams (assuming microsoft teams) and was wondering what the point of using two sources for communicating. is slack just for your team and editors and teams is for the immediate team?
Hey Casey, we don’t use teams. Just Slack. I think I mentioned that Dropbox works well for teams of people.
You didnt go over how to upload and how long it takes :( Is it my internet or everyone dropbox uploads slow?

Any specific advantages that show and tour offers than Aryeo, HD photo Hub, etc doesn't? Out of curiosity.
I really like Show & Tour for it's simplicity and pricing. Super easy to use. Integrates with Square. It checks a lot of the boxes I need.
We did just start working with Aryeo though. I like their platform as well but the main reason we started using Aryeo is because of the online ordering and scheduling. As we continue to grow, I needed something to help streamline that part of the business

When I handled marketing for a Real Estate Team, we would give holiday bonuses and end of year/production bonuses just like the rest of the team.
I don’t tip them regularly but do send a bonus around Christmas

I have tried many editors. I realized that under $1 really sucks. Color and similarity are two things they can't do.
A good editor is worth the money
Alex Serrao, I stopped using dropbox because I wanted something that the customer could only access the photos after paying. How do you deal with it? Do you send the photos along with the payment link?
Dropbox is only to send to editors. We use Show & Tour to send final photos to clients
