Its better than lights, camera, revolution is, in not only the songs but definitely a big step up in production or budget or something, including all the artwork. They did seem to push em pretty hard at this point and then just completely gave up on em. This album is the most consistent from song to song outta all 0f em in my opinion but the album after this, no one barely even know exists, let alone being great too but in a more direct and less pompous way of its predecessor but still great. Personally I prefer the remade debut album (still cyco.......after all these years) over the original and its coz of mike Clark. Those thrashy 'no mercy' guitar riffs and the fusion of what suicidal already were, gave us these gifts of music. I hate the first 2 albums if I'm being honest, so it was nice to get at least one of em remade with the Mike Clark magic!
Wish this ST most musical technically proficient lineup with my Culver Class of '82 classmates George and Trujillo still existed with Josh Freese on drums and course the magical musical skills of of Mike Clark's mind with a guitar 🎸

38, from Ireland. I've been listening to this since I was 6, courtesy of my uncle and his vinyl collection. Like many others here, I am one of the group of people for whom this song just means more than the sum of its parts. It lives rent free in my mind and I may even have it played at my funeral! :P
Mike Muir, Rocky gorge, Robert Trujillo and Jimmy de grasso. What a badass band. Rocky gorge is a guitar God, Robert Trujillo one of the best bass players on Earth he played for Suicidal tendencies and infectious grooves then Ozzy took him now hes been with Metallica since Jason newstead left hes had an amazing career, then you have one of the greatest front men ever Mike Muir and his CYCO lyrics are legendary. Been a fan of suicidal tendencies since day one. Amazing band.

Same. This song described my darkest moment that lasted for three years and finally got out of it. Can't forget the trauma that sent me there in the first place. Nobody here's coz you can't get the dark twisted that's out of your head.
This band is probably one of the most underrated bands from their time era , this song is a perfect rock/metal song and coming from myself a guitarist/songwriter these guy's are great and Rocky George kick's ass !!!
Not the typical ST song. But a great song. Again, great lyrics from Cyco Miko. They started with the slower and more melodic stuff with "How can I laught tomorrow, when I can't..." in the late 80s and continued with this. Just when I needed them. Great band! Still with the brilliant Rocky George on guitar.
@@erics745 lol ... I don't know. I guess if they're more underated maybe I haven't heard of them. But I think suicidal had some damn good songs and I don't hear them mentioned much as a top metal/ punk band. @@bill_y4762 Hardly man. ST is the biggest selling hardcore/crossover band. As far as I know, they are the only ones within this scene that managed to make a record go gold. And they got 3 of those. Doubt there was/is a band more successful than them, from the same scene.
@@Kalimdor199Menegroth right.. I see your point so... You're say not that underrated during their era . That's sounds fair. I'm thinking more modern. I hear people talking about a lot of older metal bands (mainly the big 4 but a few others). To me st should be in that category as far a song writing and talent. Obviously they didn't sell as many ablums. I look at it more from the skill/ talent point of view. Also as your pointing out they were more on the thrash/ hardcore side (which has been even more limited commercially).

How else can I tell you, how else can I show you
I'm screaming inside, why can't you hear
Nobody hears
You're looking right through me like I'm not here
Nobody hears
When the last tear falls down
Nothing gets washed away
Another plea put to rest
As nobody hears, nobody hears
So what did I do to you
That makes you run from me
Now I'm sitting here screaming inside myself
Don't understand why nobody hears
You figured it, shaped it to your prefection
Nobody hears
Subtracted my feelings from the equation
Nobody hears
Is it all in my mind
Then it would be easy to find
When the last tear falls down
Nothing gets washed away
Another plea put to rest
As nobody hears, nobody hears
So what did I do to you
That makes you run from me
Now I'm sitting here screaming inside myself
Don't understand why nobody hears
So if it's all, if it's all in my mind
Then wouldn't it, wouldn't it
Wouldn't it be so easy to find
When the last tear falls down
Nothing gets washed away
Another plea put to rest
As nobody hears, nobody hears
So what do I have to do
To make you comfort me
Now I'm sitting here screaming inside myself
Don't understand why nobody hears
So I'm sitting here screaming inside myself
Well I'm sitting here crying inside myself
So I'm sitting here screaming to nobody else
Don't understand why nobody hears
And nobody nears, nobody hears, nobody hears
One of the best lyrics ever ❤️
Thanks for posting
This brilliant band should have been a much bigger name in the industry, they certainly had the talent and the quality.
Thanks for sharing.
The depth of lyrics and music is a true storm of greatness
suicidal is pure raw power and it's my medicine to help me through tough times ... thanks suicidal ... suicidal4life ...
Roberto Gutierrez this music is anti-suicide ST for life!
Real talk
my medicine to.
Nobody hears but i hear you
38, from Ireland. I've been listening to this since I was 6, courtesy of my uncle and his vinyl collection. Like many others here, I am one of the group of people for whom this song just means more than the sum of its parts. It lives rent free in my mind and I may even have it played at my funeral! :P
I WAS 25 WHEN THIS ALBUM CAME OUT AND NOW I'M 51 AND IT'S TRUE (NOBODY HEARS)
Just about 51 hear and still I'm alone and nobody hears...
@@stevomcsteve9492 STEVO I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL// THE WORD IS ( APATHY) MOTHERFUCKERS ONLY CARE FOR THEMSELVES*******
Same here bro.
53 and it's still just me! Sucidal for Life!
I was 19 still rock out to them.
1 of the best songs ever!
fuckin a right
Jamie McMahon Warren Agree! Saw them live recently but they didn't play this song.. nobody heard
Jamie McMahon Warren fuck yeah
that's right one of the best
you got that right
This might me my favorite Suicidal Tendencies song. The Melody, lyrics, guitars. It's awesome.
I was about 10 yrs old when this song came out. My mom listened to it and I always loved it! 🖤🤘🏻
Your Mom is a badass like myself ;)))
I'm 42 now, and whenever I'm having a drunken RUclips binge I always end up here ...
And welcome. Says this refugee from '63(February).
41 myself n here I'm
yea me too
hahhahahhahaha I hear that!!!!!! Also 42 last month!!!!!! hahahahahah
46 and same
This is one of the most perfect songs ever! It's just so damn perfect!
George, not gorge
God old times , miss this line up ❤ as long as your heart beats pledge your allegiance. Sucidal for life
Wish ST stayed on this path, can't get into any of their newer stuff past Suicidal For Life
I saw these guys in 93 & 94 when they opened for Metallica. Hell ya! I got whiplash both shows! Good times!!
good on ya. great fuckin band
+Eric Elson. Yes they are! They get the crowd amp'd up too! I loved it everytime I gotta see em!
F yeah! Ionia MI. Same year. It was my first. Just F yeah!
I hate to admit it Rock is taking a dry spell. I haven't heard a new hit song in years. It's just all old jams never any new ones. All is out there is pop and so called lousy hip hop. Even old hip hop artist are saying it's all crap now.
Jamie McMahon Warren G I know right and now Rob is with Metallica. Super nice guy; very humble. I got to meet him 😃😃😃😃😃🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
I'm a 49 year old metalhead and listening to all kind of this metal power bands. SUICIDAL was one of them who made maybe the most impressive ones who kicked my mind in another dimension🤘! Thanx for this! I'm still listen to it and could cry looking at the world by doing this.
Hope the future genereations will have a chance to enjoy as i did!?
Be humble, be a good person and a good teacher for future generations so that could enjoy the beauty of life and nature!🙏🤘
So many Years, still Nobody Hears...except my Neighbours!
Same here. 666
😂😂
classic comment!
fuck the neighbors... well maybe not literally... depends on if that will get you there I guess... either way... nobody hears.
Well... there is an nice Version of a younger Brigitte Nielsen here... and an italian Girl, i would literally kill for... or even more! But Nobody hears!
Love this song so perfect. Turned my 60+ onto it. She now this band too. I an 70!! See old people can have good taste in music Great band!Guitarist shreds!!
I'm 45 and I introduced my 9 & 8 year old nephews to this song and they like it. I was in the 10th grade in San Antonio when this originally came out.
Me and my dad are listening to this reminiscing to how i used to blaze this on his old pioneer home system 3 tower with 12 inch Peavey Box speakers Blackwidow equipped and how sweet it sounded! Im 40 now and he is 61. Now i got my 16 yr old bumping. Good music never gets old.
😃love it😃
I used to listen to this through a pair of Peavey 3620s...2 18" and 2 10" in each cabinet. Tiny bedroom...insanely loud.
I borrowed this cassette from a boy named Billy when I was 24 and I never returned it....52 now and its still my favorite album of all time. Although I did upgrade to a CD years back.
Poor billy
Dude give me back my tape!
Nevermind, your lucky youtube was invented
Steal that boy Billy his tape back man.
These guys have got me through some shit therefore i will never stop loving this band
Yea. Me too , I saw them in concert at UC Irvine Ca . Loved them ever since . Venice Beach yeaaa !
Same. This song described my darkest moment that lasted for three years and finally got out of it. Can't forget the trauma that sent me there in the first place. Nobody here's coz you can't get the dark twisted that's out of your head.
I feel that. They was there when nobody else was. Let me know I'm not alone and to never give up.
One of the few reasons I'm still alive is Suicidal.
This band is probably one of the most underrated bands from their time era , this song is a perfect rock/metal song and coming from myself a guitarist/songwriter these guy's are great and Rocky George kick's ass !!!
Mike's voice is so sweet to my ears. I hear you Mike ❤️
Underrated by who?
This is the first time I've heard this song. After the first riff, my head exploded!! INCREDIBLE!!!
The only song I knew of theirs was Institutionalized.
oof lmao that's funny i thought the same thing when I first heard them@@BarManE.C.
I needed to hear this song tonight. This is how I feel tonight, unfortunently!
I can...
Liliana Poulin I hear you
Same hear like an every day thing!!!
"all I wanted was a Pepsi!" Ah the good ol' days of skateboarding on a shitty home made ramp and cranking up the Suicidal Tendencies on a boombox.
BMX freestyle, probably the same boombox.
Dude, fuck yeah. Ha!
you want to work at the golden arches?? ..I WANT MORE!
I Feel like shit, Deja-Vu, so i gotta take a trip at the brain, then join the army, because they fuckin with me subliminally
Mark GP Atherton hell yeah
Rocky George is so underrated. Dude can shred with the best of them.
He is one of the best
Not the typical ST song. But a great song. Again, great lyrics from Cyco Miko. They started with the slower and more melodic stuff with "How can I laught tomorrow, when I can't..." in the late 80s and continued with this. Just when I needed them. Great band! Still with the brilliant Rocky George on guitar.
Something about suicidal,? I always get pumped up. Has anyone ever seen them at the Olympic autitorium?
Not really .
@@joemenefee53 yes amazing gig
Most underrated band out of the 80’s metal/punk scene
Is it ?
@@erics745 lol ... I don't know. I guess if they're more underated maybe I haven't heard of them. But I think suicidal had some damn good songs and I don't hear them mentioned much as a top metal/ punk band. You could argue the stooges are the most underrated punk band since they were punk before it was even a thing.
@@bill_y4762 I agree, I'm 21 and I never heard of this band until last year thanks to a random spotify recommendation
This album was perfect and this song in particular never ceases to be relevant to me.
Still listening in 2024!😊
Nobody can bring me down 🎉
Still cyco after all these years
Love Rocky george guitar tone
What do I have to do ,,,,to make you comfort me ?,,,,,,now I'm sitting here screaming inside myself ,,,,don't understand why nobody hears

ACELUEK reminds of my big brother, he n I were jammin to "Prime Cuts" n after this song finished, he told me about the time in his life when this song came out and him crankin it up on cassette. Good memory I'd almost forgotten. Your comment brought it back up, so thank you.
I still have the cassette...
I was in high school. Loving these guys and their music. I wrote a letter hoping they’d hear. Couple months went by. Then I got a package from California. Autographed photo and Suicidal board stickers. It meant the entire world to a loner kid. ST for life!!!
This is one of their best songs. Suicidal for life!🤟
I love this song ❤️
One of the best bands in my lifetime
Wow. Takes me back to the 90s. Loved this song then, still love it now...
