I love your work, been watching your videos for years. I would never be able to get my bug that safe for the road. Now that my disabled daughter is 19 years old I don't have the extra money. But keep up the good work, I love your videos! Your friend Rabbit Rodriguez!
Love the comment about the OCD kicking in, I know that pain. Every chassis is a work of art. The high quality of work shows in every single one. Never stop.
Super nice 👍 job !! Loving it !! I’m digging on the hardware ( stainless) and all your signature pieces, great work man ! Love it ! Thanks for sharing!!!!
Beautiful build. I'm restoring my super beetle myself for the sake of learning, but your quality really is phenomenal and tempting. Keep up the good work.
As much as I love the builds and attention to detail you show I'm also equally inspired by your clean and professional work area...it's motivated me to organize and prep my garage in anticipation for my chassis build this winter...KEEP UP THE AWESOME CONTENT!!! Such and incredible resource !
I like the work you guys do. The end result is very impressive. I would be proud to own a Street legal Manx buggy with a pan chassis that was restored by your company.
Question, what are the "adjusters" for on the front beam if it's Air Ride? Live this video but I really enjoy the shorter, more detailed videos of each aspect of your assembly process. Especially like watching brake line videos cause the CDO speaks to me 😆
Would love to see more chassis builds. Love to watch any kind of builds! Very clean and professionally executed build. No “ beat on it til it fits” hack job. Are you guys building the entire car or just the chassis?
Hi guys, a question, please? Brake lights are on, and when I press the brake pedal, they turn off. Wires are correctly plugged into the sensors( three prongs) Thanks
Excellent! Just a question here; the brake fluid reservoir it’s a provisional setup? Or it will stay as it is now? I have seen troubles whit the reservoir installed that low… saludos!

Wow that brake line bending.
I could watch these videos all day. Wishing I had the $$$ and room to build a bug from the ground up like this!

Loved watching!
Damn fine work! I’m saving my pennies for a stage one ultimate beam but that air ride sure is sweet!
this chassis is so inspiring, to see it so clean and rebuilt it's simply inspiring to get into the garage! :)
bolts "in to out" on the trailing arm mounts just saved my new shocks from the same fate as the ones being replaced:)
Glad it helped!
Great Video Pete! Been waiting for this
Love clean parts!

Wondering if you guys do spot welding then meg welding. Looks like everyone is renting those big spot welders. Is their a differences?
Many ways to skin a cat Joe. Really comes down to what you have available to do the job to the best of your abilities.
Awesome
Absolutely love those wheels.
man you guys rock
Very nice
Awesome job👏🏼
this is so sick

All beams we produce come with adjusters should the client want to go a different route, either static or Air. Being versatile is the key.

Just the chassis.
ALWAYS lube my cables. Clutch hook to cable eye as well
To sweet!
Any chance you guys could build a square back chassis?
Say, maybe a 65?
No we don't Valerie.
Th ere is only one word that can describe this chassis - SEXY! Hope mine looks half this good when I get to it.
SWEET !
Un trabajo fino
I’m fascinated, love your whole build, how much would it cost to build if I provide the chassis?
We have ceased this offering for now due to the high volume of Chassis Component sales. My apologies Paul.
ART.
Trabajo bien echo

Hi Pete just watched your 39 min video. Very helpful, great job. What would you think of a rubber insulator under the air pump? Thanks.
Thanks Tim! It has them, check it out.
Can u build one just like that but with a wrx sti motor and a 6speed transmission? I would buy one
No sorry.
Pete, brother do you offer the break line tool? Kepp it custom!
No sorry.
Excellent! Just a question here; the brake fluid reservoir it’s a provisional setup? Or it will stay as it is now? I have seen troubles whit the reservoir installed that low… saludos!
We use that on just about ever Volkswagen we build. You have seen trouble with this reservoir?
Will this air ride kit work on a manx buggy?
It will indeed!
@@AirkewldVWs I have the manx 1. I won't have to cut any fiberglass for the rear air bag mounting brackets?

I need one of these!!! What email could I send an inquiry to?
We no longer offer the service, but you can win one here - www.airkewld.com/Win-A-Chassis-Rebuild-s/2466.htm
It can only be built on faster video play. Wish it was that easy!
