    Great video. Do any of these techniques assist with genu varum? I have a client that needs assistance with this and any advice or videos would be much appreciated.

      Yes all of the techniques here will help to reduce muscular tension that maybe associated with genu varum (bow leg).
      Joint position is set, but associated muscular tension can be reduced with massage 👍.
      Adjust your pressure to suit the clients level of discomfort and warm up with effleurage and petrissage techniques first to help increase muscle temperature and localised blood flow 👍

      Aim to keep you thumb joints slightly bent and have a look to see if you’re hyper mobile / hyperextending at the thumb joint.
