WOW, I love the colors on this house (I kinda feel like you have a suit this color, LOL). You look very cool with those shades ;).
I love the location, I love the curb appeal of this home, the colors (it’s like a Dijon Mustard Yellow) are awesome (IMO) and, there’s a 3-car garage, awesome!! (Do you have a video of the home next to this one?)
I like that space in the entry. I’d use it for a drop zone at the front door. I like the hallway too, room for pictures :). LOL, I’d use the event of moving to thin out the 20 years of stuff I’ve collected. I’m really loving the first floor bedroom, that’s a great design. I’m happy with the railing they chose for the stairs, I think I’d want to paint the vertical slats a lighter color. YAY, they have a fireplace, that’s a great touch. WOW, that’s a lot of space (awesome). I almost think I’d want that space off the living room enclosed for a Den/Office… something to fix after closing (of course it may present differently in person.
There’s so much to love about this kitchen and they go and put one of those awful cooktops in it (I really hate these). I wonder if one could replace this with a true Grill Top easily. Dang, truly a missed opportunity not having soft-closing cabinets and drawers. Also, no trash/recycle drawer is a miss, sad. It does have a really nice pantry.
It almost looks like you could enclose that loft area for another bedroom if someone wanted to… I think I’d keep it open, I like the idea of the open loft. Double Doors for the Primary are just super classy (IMO). That “extra” area, I’d open it up and make it part of the WIC for the primary… I don’t know why that wasn’t done already. Who gets the closets? I DO! :).
I do like the size of the back yard, perfect I think for an awesome outdoor kitchen and plenty of space for turf for the fur baby.
There really are a ton of stuff to really love about this home. Some of the layout seems a bit confused but not so poor to make it a deal breaker. Sadly, the few things that are “stinky” (IMO) really do ding the home.

What I would have done to the other closet near the Primary, would be to take out the door from the hallway and connect that closet with the Primary walk-in closet, to make it bigger and maybe add a washer and dryer, since the main laundry room is downstairs on the main level.
