Have a quirky old neighbor who still has her Christmas decorations up ( a ton ) 😂
Still getting usd to the traffic on the " spaghetti bowl " ...... ---> a nightmare really 😳

After seeing all your other videos of home with high ceilings, this home is underwhelming. However, I seen these homes over a year ago and really like them, then. I still like them, but seeing all the other newer homes you showed, makes the choices really hard. It all comes down to what area do you want to live in. AW's newer contemporary type homes are really nice too and I always view them on their website. BTW, 10K is getting close. Good job.
Hey Chris! I've been watching your channel for about a year now and I've seen some pretty lofty and impressive houses. Mostly out in the suburbs of Vegas. Today I noticed this video, and I must say that the mystery builder did a wonderful job! I guess it's just me! But every room in the house including the layout is very warm and inviting. In other words from door to patio, it feels like home! Shame I'm not in the market for a house in Las Vegas.

Good showing Chakits! I hear what you're saying about the bedroom on the lower level... but its a small house... its only 2400sq/ft. The house you show yesterday did have the lower level bedroom and it was 27 or 2800 sq/ft. Its a decent house.

Base compared to what you get here in California is still worth it for sure.

I have to say a lot of the features in this house seem low end but I’m guessing that’s how this home is under 400k because it’s beautiful otherwise I would want some higher end features.
I watch all of your videos and I can really tell when you are done with a house and not really interested. The funny thing is you are right on point. This one and the last one you basically gave up and gave us lessons, I didn’t mind one bit. Nice house but the builder needs to get it together. Keep up the great work!

This is such a beautiful home
There's a lot to like there for the price. Kitchen storage is oddly small. For $3k, you can leave a door off the master, I'll put a hippy bead curtain.
Anyone I know that has moved to Las Vegas for the cheap homes has eventually regretted the move. Weather is brutal and there is little to do when the temp is 110 degrees in the shade for months. Only so many malls and casinos you can walk through.

microwaves come standard as do dishwashers and refrigerators ( in general ). so cut ins are fine BUT that one did look small like a 27 and a 30 is ideal so that sucks.
