What bothers me is paying 1 and a half million and having no privacy whatsoever. When you're in the back yard, you have wall to wall homes that have a direct view on the property. As for being the most beautiful home, I think that the people who voted for the house nead to get their eyes examined.
It's all about preference. Can't change what people demand. It's to their own liking. If you don't perfer suburbs then go rural where you can have all the privacy you can dream of due to wide open space. It's your choice. Suburbs isn't intended for privacy but community.
I remember a few years ago when you posted this model but just reversed for I think 580. That's when I became a fan of yours. I think I've been a subscriber for three plus years now I remember you hustling for 20K

I'm waiting till next summer to buy a place out there... once the las kid graduates from high school... then its California GOOD BYE!!!
The finishings/upgrades are tastefully done and that backyard is SPECTACULAR, not over the top or gaudy at all. I question who are these people that voted to make it the best though because it's like living on a permanent stair master. My knees can't take going downstairs anymore. I want that backyard though!
There is no American West 'home worth 1.5 million dollars...there homes consist of the cheapest building materials..yes i understand the owner went crazy on upgrades 'however its still a American west home...thats a 600 thousand dollar home at best....6 years ago that was the asking price
That's definitely my dream home. If I ever become a millionaire I know where me and my children will be moving into this beautiful home. Each one of them could have their own bedrooms and bathrooms, just an awesome house all around. It's the total package besides having any actual yard but that's the only flaw I see!!
They put the washer and dryer in the basement, with all of those stairs. Why? If they spent 60 k on that computer system, they need a better I.T. guy. ...trust me. I loved the roof top, great place to smoke cigars, and not be annoyed by your neighbors. And I loved the world map that hung in the basement. Did you see it ? LOL !!
No off street parking, no way I'd pay that much not for that house. I remember when those homes were selling for much less. It's a nice house though and love that builder American West.

This is definitely a beautiful home with spectacular views. The backyard is made for entertaining family and friends. I love the landscape and decent size pool which is one of the best amenities this home has to offer. Great presentation, Chakits.
The house is EXTREMELY beautiful. What SOLD me is the HOME THEATRE and the POOL. The ONLY downer is that there is TOO MANY WINDOWS. I'm NOT one for ALOT of windows. Other than that, the house is AMAZING.
Chalets, here are a couple of details to bring your presentation to the next level: 1) stop using the word money to describe anything - the people who have never seen one of those video entertainment systems have no idea what you get for $60k, those who have experienced it do not need reminders of its price. 2) Never give your own negative opinion of anything - instead of saying that the primary bedroom is smaller than you like, simply highlight its positive features and let your prospective clients use their own eyes to decide what they like.
I really do not like the wall paper in the half bath or in one of the bedroom's. The price is high for a track home, but the pool and the roof top deck are Beautiful. I am 66 and live in a 2 story home in California. I still can handle the stairs no problem. GREAT EXCERCISE!!!

Here's my question... Is the build quality the same as other Vegas homes? Green wood, minimum code, minimum thickness slab (no true foundation), textured walls to hide the bad tape job, etc...? I grew up in new England, where houses are built to be family homes that last generations. I just sold my house, which was built for my mother in 1991. The entire house needed to be rebuilt. Even the plumbing needed to be redone. How long will this house last before it needs major renovations?
Not a fan of the garage being the focal point when looking at it from the outside. May be just the color of the doors, but other than that, I love this home. Absolutely beautiful.

Home itself is garbage. It’s the added stuff that’s nice: backyard, entertainment setup, water hookups, etc. this home is the epitome of “putting $10k wheels on a $3k car”
The outside looks nice, but they made a fatal mistake with the entrance with stairs going up and down rather than one unified floor to many walls rather than one big opening.
You can get a much bigger house plus a lot of land for half the cost in Texas. Plus the houses have even more upgrades. I’m a Las Vegas native and can’t stand the disgusting house prices. Beautiful home though

I was ready to cut a nasty promo against this house but... they did spend a lot of money on this thing and went above and beyond to fix it up and make it nice I love the kitchen and that built in refrigerator is awesome and the back yard is very nice they did a good job throughout the home. Yes there are things I would add and change like benches in those walk in showers were I could and get rid of that tub shower thing he ruined the whole house LOL!!! but anyway those long couches that are in front of the built in are awesome a nice place for you and your lady friend to get busy if you know what I mean LOL!!! So would I live in this home NO way it's to big for me and I don't have a family as large as the Adam's Family and the Munster's so forget it and already I hate two story homes need I say something about three, but yeah the house is good if this was all in a one story home I would jump at the opportunity to buy it if I could because they did a good job and I like the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi they look really cool again for you and your lady friend yep that would be awesome. One last thing the balcony from the top floor is GREAT like frosted flakes, you can see the Las Vegas Strip just don't go there because all your money will be wiped out LOL!! thanks again chuck for the home tour it was fun to watch even though two and three story homes are not my thing and on wards to the next home.

I worry more about the Las Vegas water issues rather than owning a $2 million home.
