I agree a gigantic home needs to be staged. I can see you guessing & imaging what each area is designed to be. There are just so many rather bland rooms and so many hallways; could lose someone in this house. This is a beautiful house that needs a family. I love all the information that you give as you meticulously show the viewer the home.

I just came across your channel and you show us some beautiful homes. You also do a great job showing all the details of the homes and opening the doors that other people skip and it drives me nuts! Lol. This house is just amazing! Way too many bathrooms so close together though. Overload of wet bars throughout the house too, but i definately wouldn't complain if I was able to live in a home like this.

I love this house so much! The kitchen Sold it for me... I can definitely see myself entertaining people in this house. I would change a couple of minor details, purely cosmetic. love the wood. I don't like modern everything all white houses. the wood is so much more welcoming.

too much house for me. I love my family but to be honest I don't want them to live with me. we will all have our separate houses. this is a lovely house, but give me a nice four bedroom 3 and 1/2 baths and I will be happy.

Custom home customized for the original buyer. If I were fortunate to be involved in the layout I would have made the following changes..
1/2 bath on the main floor would have somehow been integrated with the main floor office..
The upstairs identical kids bdrms would not have the large/wide and dangerous step over platform into the tub/shower..
But bla bla. It makes my poor ass think how over the top of that lifestyle it would be FOR ME. Even if I won the lottery I would still be wearing levis, fruit of the loom, driving an American car (Lincoln or Cadillac), and still put my pants on one leg at a time! Lol..

Pretty much have to be a CEO of a major corporation at minimum to be able to afford this, of course actors and professional athletes would have no problem but trying to think of how you could work your way up in the business world to reach the level of wealth required to purchase this.

Holla Holla on that ladies closet! This is one home worthy of the price tag. The cut edge on the granite is called a reversed flute edge. I love the telescopic doors and the tray ceilings. The outdoor area...the whole thing is gorgeous!!!

I appreciate how you actually showed the house in extensive detail, so many real estate house 'tours' you see show a tiny fraction of the house in the most disorienting way. They usually have impressive cinematography but I think this is a rare situation of quantity over quality. Your camera work is still adequate and is honestly preferable to those over dramatic, pretentious, unorganized messes with the obnoxious stock orchestral pieces trying to look like a movie trailer. I've given you a subscription, keep up the quality work.

Are any of these large monstrosities energy efficient? I see many chandeliers with many bulbs on them in so many of your videos of large homes, but it doesn't seem like they are LED. I do enjoy your videos, and especially love Las Vegas outer areas - the desert is beautiful. But when you review homes, could you elaborate on the carbon footprint on the home such as LED lights or water tanks to catch water from the roof when it rains (if it ever rains :D). That would be interesting - I don't live in USA, I'm from South Africa and we have water and power scarcity here so it's just interesting to see if in a desert, people are conscious of lessening the footprint on their home on the environment they're inhabiting.

The thing I dislike most about a house like this is that it's most likely to be purchased by a childless couple--people who want way more than what's practical and more than they'll ever need.
This is an extremely nice property. Definitely for a high roller, you need bucks to own this, &maintain it.

10 bedrooms is an overkill. I would settle with 5 tops. Other than that, this is my dream home. It has a sun-room (or as Chakits called it a "living room"). It has a killer kitchen. I love cooking and that would be heaven for me. It sure is an overkill kitchen but it still is functional. The pool is huge and not just for show. Doing laps in that pool on my off days would be my favorite pastime.
One day, I'll get to practice as a surgeon in the USA. And one day, I'll be able to afford such a house.

Hate to break it to ya but that’s one of the easiest stucco finishes to install as it’s mostly shot out of a gun!
I this is another one I would love to pick up and plop down in the center of a 100 acre parcel! Add a barn and arena some lush turnout pastures, and a large fertile gopher/deer, skunk, etc. proof raised garden! Landscape actually doesn’t look too complicated to maintain. It’s mostly hedge trimmer work! Whomever ends up with this home should enjoy the crap out of it. Though with my family in one week that entire kitchen island would be buried under stuff!

Excellent video thank you Chucky for showing this monster house 🏡 I personally wouldn’t buy it Big houses like that they usually bring a chain of expenses and for a guy like me that comes from the bottom working hard pushing hustling I would prefer something more manageable something like the VERSACE house in Miami something more secured more impressive but I do think is a beautiful house well distributed space but not my Type.

It's called an airing or drying cupboard. Cool addition to a very nice laundry room.
It also takes odors out of clothes too... its like refreshing your clothes quick without having to launder them and then drying them.
