What’s this? a box room selling at around a house price here in UK..😂 ridiculous. Remember peeps, you pay the association dues, skyrocketing food prices, high utility bills (electricity and water). I suggest anyone to just rent, you can negotiate a lower price and you can exit anytime! Condominium in Ph is not an investment! Do the maths and you’ll realise that your grand kids will grow old before you get your ROI. 😂

I think it needs a brighter color on the door, LOL (to match your suit). The mountain views are really beautiful! LOL, Falcon Crest is funny to me (now I’m showing my age), it was one of those silly TV dramas in the early 1980’s (that I watched, LOL). The price seems outrageous for a 2-bedroom home (seems like LA pricing). Sigh! This is a beautiful home with lots of great features. Sadly, it seems that LV is becoming too expensive to live in. Brand New Two-Story Home for Sale Southwest Las Vegas | Delamar by Pulte Homes I was very happy to see a new home tour today! Nice haircut :). It’s different to see the home in this state… sometimes seeing “how the sausage is made” gives a whole new perspective on the place. I love this entry, plenty of room for a nice gallery of art. I’m very happy to see this 1st floor en suite bedroom, I’d use that as my main guest bathroom. I’m wondering… If someone decided, right now, to buy this home in the state is in right now, could they make changes to the kitchen (I’m thinking changing out the cook top with a range top perhaps) or change out the cabinets for soft-close cabinets or add a recycle bin? I really like that office area, I think I’d close that open area in the wall and make it an “official” studio/office (for me). Somehow, I picture those glass bricks there, to keep the flow of light… LOL. I see tons of potential with this home. I’m not sure if it’s “perfect” for me compared to some others you’ve featured lately but, it is a very nice home. LOL to that “Bonus Room”… my family is short so, maybe it could be an extra guest room (we call it the “Harry Potter Bedroom”). Having the balcony off the loft area is really nice. I could see how to use this area. For me, I think I’d put dog friendly turf on that balcony (I saw that in a home tour video a bit ago, I really liked it). You know, after watching all these home tour videos, I’m of a mind that having an oversized door or double doors for the Primary really adds to the feeling of luxury. I do think the person buying the home deserves some special consideration in their bedroom (it should be like a palace throne room, I think, LOL). I like the idea of the Owner’s Retreat but, if I’m being honest (realistic) it seems like it may be a bit of a waste of space… I’m not sure as I don’t have that now… as I live alone the entire house is my “Owner’s Retreat”, LOL. Wow, the backyard is a great size. I can see all sorts of awesome landscaping and outdoor kitchen (if this were mine). Extra space in the garage? I’d put a work table for my Laser Engraver and 3D Printer :). Somebody is going to be very happy in this home. I think the price is a bit high compared to other homes but, with some aggressive negotiation that could be fixed. It is a very nice home. Another great home tour, I appreciate all your efforts as you present these. Personally, I find great inspiration from these videos and I always learn a lot. You do an awesome job. Take care!
