I can see myself living in this single story home. I like single story. No stairs. Kitchen is nice space and also the house looks great in the front.

OMG!!! I am GOBSMACKED!! This home is absolutely incredible (IMO).
Angelo, I think you should do a “short” and show us your closet with all your suits. I’m a little obsessed (but not in a creepy way) with how many different colors of suits you have.
OK, back to work… ;).
Finally, a near-perfect kitchen. Perfect choice on the appliances (Monogram, one of my faves), a great size pantry, a large island (perfect for prep with room for great seating), large stove (sadly it looks like they missed the recycle drawer). The red knob is Wolf so, that’s usually million-dollar plus homes (from what I can tell). Actually, that looks like an Advantium (microwave on steroids) oven, awesome. Thankfully, it’s soft-close drawers and cupboards.
So much space in this place. There’s room for a large dining room table between the island and the living room, not to mention the dining space itself… WOW. That huge space next to the living room… that’s pretty crazy. I think (for me) this would be perfect for a Yamaha CFX 9’ Grand Piano (OMG that almost makes me emotional thinking of how incredible that would be, surrounded by beautiful fine art paintings… :)
OMG, that second flex space… so many options… it seems like this should be a 2M home.
Holy Cow! That NextGen is quite the space! I don’t usually like the idea of the NextGen but, I drank the KoolAid, I can see there are uses for these spaces. Especially this one, it’s actually HUGE. I’m honestly not sure what I’d do with this much space (I’d figure it out though, I assure you LOL).
WOW WOW WOW, the primary is unbelievable. There is surely room for an Alaskan King bed in this room (with space to spare). My goodness. I really wish they would make the shower to match the majesty of the rest of the home (but, I’ve done my research, I know it can be “fixed”. I feel like the bathroom, while a great size, needs some “love” to match how great the rest of the home is… that’s something I’d find the budget to do for sure.
