The team faces a challenge as the gunman is still at large and the identities of the women are kept confidential. Lindsay (Sophia Bush) opens up to Halstead about her past. yh but then roman gets shot burgess is on trial for going after the wrong person and hes a black kid same black hoodie as the other guy she assumed and when roman recovers hes forced to work as desk sargent but he refuses and decides to move on to san deigo he asks burgess to come with him but shortly after he tells her that that she should stay because he knows she always wanted to join intelligence
they do eventually get together but they went different ways roman had to go
