    ABOUT CHICAGO PD
From multiple Emmy Award-winning executive producer Dick Wolf, "Chicago P.D." is a riveting police drama about the men and women of the Chicago Police Department's elite Intelligence Unit, combatting the city's most heinous offenses - organized crime, drug trafficking, high-profile murders and beyond. Handpicked as the head of the unit, Det. Sgt. Hank Voight (Jason Beghe) has assembled a team of diverse detectives who share his passion and commitment to keeping the city safe. They include Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer), Officer Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati), Officer Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger), Officer Kevin Atwater (LaRoyce Hawkins) and Det. Hailey Upton (Tracy Spiridakos), the newest member of the team with killer instincts, humor and smarts. Desk Sgt. Trudy Platt (Amy Morton) runs a tight precinct with tough love, although she lets her softer side shine through from time to time.
Chicago PD is available now on Peacock, the new streaming service from NBCUniversal. Watch thousands of hours of hit movies and shows, plus daily news, sports, and pop culture updates. Stream now on Peacock.

The best Chicago PD shows have Kevin confronting racist cops. In one tonight he beat the crap out of a racist cop who stopped him while driving black and the cop killed a black guy. Kevin didn't exaggerate when testifying but he went to a bar afterwards and delivered the racist cop his fist. The scripts on these shows and acting by LaRoyce Hawkins are just superb. He should be in bigger roles but sometimes tv shows make it had for anyone to breakout and be a star.

I have watched Chicago PD ever since the day it came on television. I remember Atwater as a brand new street cop. Now look how he has grown. One way to go out in style as well getting old racist cop is by threatening his reputation, family and his money. This is the most savage move that Voight can put in his book for future use

Wow. My favorite character of all time and my hero Kevin Atwater. “I don't wanna give up this job, but if you keep coming after me, any member of my unit, or a other cops, I promise you, I will give it all away. I well make it my job to come after you. And I will destroy you.” amazing speech.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🚓🚨
