- The plaintiff dated the defendant and alleges he cheated on her with multiple women. She loaned him money to fix his work truck, and she claims he hasn’t paid her back in full, so she’s suing for the balance on a loan. The defendant argues the money was a gift and he even gave her money just so she’d leave him alone.
Defendant is not just crazy, he seems dangerous. Yelling at the judge trying to bring up unrelated stuff. He’s dangerous.
