- The plaintiff loaned his ex-girlfriend money to help cover bills and the insurance on her son’s truck. He says the defendant hasn’t repaid him and he wants to back out of their payment deal, so he’s suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff came up with a plan to set her son’s truck on fire to collect insurance.

@@traceyaz125 I thought so too but he doesn't interpret when the plaintiff is talking. And the plaintiff looks forward when the defendant is talking. I wonder if the plaintiff is hard of hearing, or completely deaf but can read lips, and the interpreter is here for when he misses a couple words

@@puzzlite well, Gallaudet University is geared more for deaf students. They do have a program for interpreters, but it’s a very small part for hearing individuals. There are several other equal/slightly better places for interpreting.

I think its funny when people believe they're entitled to something but if roles were reversed, they believe they're the exception to the rule.
