As much as I'd love to agree with you, the MAIN thing that made these movies work is the director and the music. Without those 2, Clint and Lee wouldnt have been that much of a force.
There’s been many many westerns over the years, films like the classic Shane, High Noon, Epics like The Big County, How The West Was Won, Dances With Wolves, just to name a few of course we could go on there’s been some brilliant western films made and we all have our favourite , it would be very hard to pick one particular film as they were ALL good in there own right, but for me I think it would after be the Spaghetti westerns THE GOOD THE BAD & THE UGLY, for me one of the best westerns of all time, especially for the grave yard scene at the end, there is another western mini series, LONESOME DOVE , and the sequel, RETURN TO LONESOME DOVE, two of the best series ever made , of course everyone has there own choice , but there are so many to pick from.
I was a kid back in 1969 when I watched this movie with my mom and dad! Over at the Plaza Theater. Best part was when Clint Eastwood rode into the town of El Paso! I watched these Eastwood spaghetti westerns at the afternoon movie house when they first came out. This one went a little to Hollywood at the end. Still better than most of the trash they release today.
They shoot each others hat’s full of holes and yet there isn’t a single hole in either of them afterwards when they’re on the table.. Gotta love these old CLINT westerns.
At the end, all the dudes laying in the wagon. They did a great job of going with the flow and not flinching while being piled on and driving away in the back of the bumpy wagon.
many of the Spaghetti Westerns are actually much better than anything that came out of bloody hollywood; Especially when Clint was in it. Hang in there Buddy! We need you!

The gun shot sounds in the dollar's trilogy is greatest sounds in western movies 🎬. Sergio Leone one the greatest directors!!!
The best. The legend. Eastwood son must be proud and should continue to do wild western movies.
At that times hats had better quality, bullet proof 😂

Ennio Morricone and Sergio Leone...Lee van Cleef and Clint Eastwood.. What do you expect?? The best....
Maybe only Once upon in the West, is better.
Or that white truck driving thru the climatic scene in background @ 2:06:28 Classic! I expect better.
You are absolutely right. The Vehicle should be blue. @@higgsmerino3925
@@higgsmerino3925 There is no truck in that time stamp, you're seeing things.
@@higgsmerino3925 Thats a white chook. I need some of that stuff you are on.
At the end, all the dudes laying in the wagon. They did a great job of going with the flow and not flinching while being piled on and driving away in the back of the bumpy wagon.
Clint Eastwood and the Spaghetti Western...cant get amy better!
Or that white truck driving thru the climatic scene in background @ 2:06:28 Classic! Yeah, it can get a little better.
many of the Spaghetti Westerns are actually much better than anything that came out of bloody hollywood; Especially when Clint was in it. Hang in there Buddy! We need you!
As I say the music is just right for every action and location I love Western movies, lots of wooden buildings architectural style also their voices🇰🇳
