Bethany Bethany Bethany ! Love all of these I am a Solarlight junky !!!!!!! At one time I had over 200😊🤣!! This is for you and your followers , if you think your light doesn’t work , they also have a battery . So if you have spent time on a project you wanted to keep the battery can be replaced !!! Again great ideas I will be doing some ❤️❤️
1 more thing: l have made up a "project sheet that says what you are making, a supply list, followed by instructions. I have a mini binder to file the pages in. The old me used to walk around Dollar Tree scratching my head and saying I can't remember what Bethany told us to buy "people would laugh because they knew who you are and they would ask me which project I'm trying to make. I've learned to do one at a time instead of getting so excited and buying 20 items that are not correct to make anything!! I love everything you show us. I like it when you begin by saying what the project is & what you are making. :) You are the best!! Lisa F.
You are so lucky to have all of this stuff available at your Dollar Tree! I have 5 stores in my area and they are so disorganized and do not have half of the stuff you feature in your videos. Love all of your diys! Thank you!
LOL, I alllllways think "this is the LAST Bethany video I'll watch today".....but then, I HAVE to watch "just one more"....and it turns into ten....LOL! You are soooo creative !!!
I count like you. You did some amazing things with solar lights. Your backyard looks so relaxing. Cooper is a cutie. That wreath!!! There are no words to express how beautiful that is. Great job
Hi Bethany. I start with my right thumb to count to 5 then start with my left thumb to count to 10. I never start with my pinky. That's a first but different strkes for different folks. Watching this video as we speak while I make dinner 😄
Ok ~ that hand painted marsh-mellow lite was adorable… the basket was Literally ”Sweet”!! I want to make those lites with my special needs students… I will have to rewatch a few times to Get the direction / painted face appearance… the students will surely adore! Thank you once again for Sharing your talent… your son is adorable and hard to believe he is up/ walking/ talking… I remember when you were having so much hand pain! Hopefully that has all Passed… take care and can’t wait till your next videos!! Ellen from Pa…
Bethany, YOU ROCK! I love you for your hard work & for being Cooper's cute mom! You make my day happy & you are like a good nurse who can talk to a doctor,"A mile a minute!" On the 30 sec., old pagers :) That was my talent at work in L/Del. Cut the fluff, provide clear instructions, get the job done well.
Don't forget the Spring solar lights with the butterfly inside🦋 I put one each in those terrarium planters. Added those acrilic gems. Then hung them from my canopy with the macrame plant hangers. Super cute and all from DT! Now, I just I bought more of those butterfly lights when I got them two months ago lol.🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
You NEVER Disappoint! Thanks for thinking outside the box! I believe you are severely underrated... TFS Take Care & God Bless You as well as God Bless America!!!
Lots of great ideas Bethany. I also love that you gave Sarah Jane credit for the solar lights on the broom sticks as I remember when she did that. I would love to see your backyard in person. I’ll bet it’s gorgeous!
Thank you so much Paula! My backyard looks nice and clean in videos but move a little to the side and it’s a hot mess! Lol I’m hiding the mess on camera. 🤣😂 It’s filled with Coopers outdoor stuff. 😜
I couldn't even begin to pick a favorite, because every single project is great! I wish I had a mind like yours, because each and every video you make, has new projects that are so creative! You make a variety of different things, to reach and cater to different people of different tastes! You craft AND you build, which shows your brilliance in making a variety of different things. Thanks for teaching us!
I got the aqua colored glass thing with the hanger in the nautical items this year I added the solar lights and added some nautical rope and then hung it on a dt shepherd hook.
The table ones that you put the glass beads in, you could also put fairy lights in. The ones that look like light bulbs but aren't very bright, you could add some glass beads to (in the bulb part) The mirror stickers, you could put like 1 (or maybe 2?) strips IN the solar light (mirror facing the light) to get a brighter light with the reflection. Or take individual squares and place them in some kind of strategic design inside, like a checker board or something
Cooper has grown so fast he is the cutest little boy! I loved your planter board you put outside on your house! You are such a good teacher and make every project look so easy!
Everything that you created is absolutely awesome...your fresh flowers planter is my favorite, so beautiful, I love it!❤️ Your centerpiece is beautiful! I agree w/ you, crafting starfish are expensive! I love the new shore line @ DT...I went crazy purchasing so much stuff!😁 Your chandelier is my ultimate favorite, so beautiful! As always Bethany, thank you for sharing all of your hard work, creativity, talent and inspiration! Stay safe, healthy and positive! God bless you and your family!🙏❤️🇺🇸😊
I think in the fairy lights that you used the solar light bottoms for, you could place a little plastic clear bowl from the wedding section upside down on top after you turn them on. Don't glue, but maybe use a little ticky tack just to hold them in place if it's windy out. Love all of the ideas!
Wow you are good, I love all your ideas. The one you wrapped with vine at the end , that was stunning. You could put the the acrylic gems in the lights and hang that like a wreath and add a bow. That would be beautiful hanging on your patio post or on the wall of patio. Wherever you get sun. Wow ! Thanks for sharing your talent and great ideas with us. Looking forward to your next video. 🌟
Your backyard looks like a fairy tale. It just looks so beautiful with all the solar lights. Now I wanting some Smores now. It was so cute. My grandchildren, would love me to make them one. I'd just have to keep them out of the marshmallows, while I make one for them. Thanks for all the wonderful ideas. They are all just so great. Cooper, is so cute. May you have a Blessed day.
Wow bethany another great video. You come up with super ideas thanks. I do have 3 of the flickering lights in a 3 planter with rocks and blue stones. I put a hole in the middle of the planter so the umbrella can go through it. I also have the ones to light the stairway.
@bethany When you get the new fence you might save the wood from the old one for diy’s…my husband used an old gate to make me some wall sconce bases, sort of like plaques…as well as a bunch of other projects he was interested in
Hello Bethany; Such cute ideas! Cooper must think that he leaves in a kids wonder land with your creativity! I love the way the chandelier turned out. It actually looks like the ones they have on the pirate ships and it is giving me great ideas of use for it!!! as well as the solar light center piece. However, my favorite was the floral chandelier!! Just beautiful! ;) lots of hugs for Cooper! Time is flying!!
Wow! You really outdid yourself!! Great ideas. The S’mores “bar” was adorable and it could easily be used for other items. Take a not-so-attractive silverware caddy, build around it, adding a few nautical themed items from $$ Tree! Let your imagination go and I bet there you could think of dozens of uses! Thank you for sharing Bethany. The hula hoop/flower chandelier would be pretty for an evening Boho inspired Do it yourself wedding reception!
I like the way you did made the crates taller. I never thought of doing that. But that would look cute on a table! But the S’mores thing is even better!
I can't believe I haven't thought of putting "gems" right in the solar light! To protect the tops from "sun damage" I use clear nail polish on the actual solar panel. Sometimes I cover them with an upside-down glass item, or layer 2 glass items usinig shells or something for my coastal theme in front of my house as I live near the beach.
Love those ideas I love the the chandeliers. Also too you could use broom or mop handle clips that organize your brooms to put them on the fence and put your solar lights on there if you wanted
I love all of your ideas! You are so gifted with the ability to come up with these ideas. I was looking for a way to light up my drive inexpensively and just found it. Thank you!
What a timely video. I was discussing with some other residents where I live about adding some solar lights to the flower garden we all chipped in to do for our patio area.
As much as I appreciate all of these different hacks, I couldn’t help but think how much you must’ve spent on all of those supplies. I know you weren’t intending for everyone to make all of the hacks like you did, so choosing one type, or just a few would look nice.
I love all you did today! I always do! But that floral chandelier??? OH MY LORD ITS SO BEAUTIFUL 😍. I AM GOING TO MAKE THIS. YES YES YES And some other stuff too. Thanks for all you do!!!
Very lovely indeed. You can pull the zip ties tighter if you use a pair of pliers, Amnd side cutters will let you get all the way into the tie before cutting the extra off.
Hi Bethany! Great ideas! How did you adhere your solar stair lights to your steps? I don't really want to drill into my cement steps to put them on...Do you have any suggestions? I was thinking about your transformation of the fairy light lanterns to solar you could add the plastic gems to the light bulb. It should increase the light and wouldn't be as heavy as the glass ones. I bet you could put a small hole in the bottom of the bulb, so that the water runs out too! You are so deserving of your Million Subscribers!! Keep the great ideas coming!
Bethany, some great ideas! I just bought the flame solar lights...now I need some broom handles and more gems! About to redo my patio and those taller lights will be a great addition, Thanks!
These are absolutely AMAZING 🤩 I got some solar lights from Menards recently, they're pretty, but they could be better. I'm absolutely using these tricks to make them POP! Also, I have a tip!! If you water down acrylic paints a little bit, you can use it as a wood stain. Just wipe it down as you paint with a rag or paper towel. That way you don't have to spend as much time with those pens 😊
On the flower chandelier you could add a long string of fairy lights at the bottom to make it look even more magical.
The pool noodle chandelier omg!!! Outstanding seriously 👏
People will want to rent your backyard for a wedding or big event, it's so nice
Your hula hoop and pool noodle hanging flower wreath chandelier is truly inspired!
Love the marshmallow solar lights.. so cute! That floral chandelier without the lights would be perfect for a bridal shower!
so many choices great ideas...your little family's just adorable thanks for the creation
Thank You & im glad you like the ideas!
S’mores station is adorable!
Great ideas, Brittany! That rose chandelier is breathtaking…
I LOVE the pink and white rose chandelier and matching centerpiece that was sitting on the table at the end

@@claytonstorms565 it works better with watercolors, but acrylic paints are so much cheaper and easier to get.
Just a tip, take the light itself off, then push the stakes into the ground then put the light back on. Stops the stakes itself from breaking!
Wonderful light crafts. Loved them all, but hanging light chandelier was particularly cute.
I always did my fingers like Matt.☺️ Love what you did with the solar lights.
