Just found your video . Really liked it. I've learned that if you put clear glass or clear plastic on top of lights it saves them. No rain gets in and so they last longer
A Dollar Tree next to a Hobby Lobby! What magical land do you live in?! Every city should be REQUIRED to have a crafters dream shopping center. It should include at the very least a Dollar Tree warehouse (one with everything they sell in 1 place), Hobby Lobby, Michael's (I know they're competitors but this is a dream shopping center), Ross, Target, Walmart, Dollar General, Home Depot, A bead store, A yarn store, A fabric store, and a bunch of other shops I'm sure I missed, all in one shopping center. Hell, who am I kidding, I'd settle for the Dollar Tree + warehouse! 😂 Wouldn't that be awesome ya'll?
Soozie you are so much fun to watch I enjoyed this video so much I’ve purchased so many of these lights for my back porch and your idea’s are great. !!! I’m so happy I found you !!!
I haven’t bought any solar lights yet this year. I know, I know, I’m late. But I absolutely love the ones you made with the salt and pepper shakers and the little bowls on top! I’m definitely making those! Thanks Soozie! ❤️💜💚
Let me tell you you have made me so happy today I have bought all the new ones from dollar tree and have no clue how to use them!! you have inspired me thank you!!! ❤😊
I really love how you just put things on the table and see what you can come up with. I also love that your creations don't always come out exactly like you would have wanted them to and are willing to say what you'd try to make it better. You also use items that I don't usually see being used (plastic cups for lights).
You have great ideas, Cindy!! I went out and changed up the sea glass to the clear pebbles...so much better.....I love the sea glass and wanted it to work.....I think I am going to use them in a beach DIY I have in mind.....hummm.....what could it be?? Hee hee.....stay tuned!! ❤️❤️❤️
beautiful!, though you might want to stretch cling film over the tops of those glasses in case it rains. to intensify the razzle dazzle, put some sticky plastic window privacy on the outside to diffuse the light. ;)
I like to use those little bowls to protect the solar panels, and sometimes Ii put cylinder vases over a solar stuck in the ground or planter Otherwise a coat of clear nail polish helps.
Cute!! I might have weighted down the cups and flamingo to make them stand up to wiggling the table or the wind. But then I live where we get a lot of wind and heavy breezes so that is a concern for us here.
I love solar lights more hacks the better 😁i started to cover mine with plastic bottle hack as i dont want the weather to ruin them 😅love your hacks hope to see more mags in Ireland xx 🇮🇪👋
I just found your channel - and subscribed. Not only did I enjoy your video but heard you say "Channel 146", and 146 is my house number so I'm sure I was just meant to find your channel. Not long ago, I ordered those solar lights from Walmart in boxes of 6 for $4.98, making them less than $1 each - and they are still available to order for pick-up at the store or home delivery. Temu online also has interesting solar things - motion sensor solars, solar string lights-at good prices.
Just found your channel. Are you from San Antonio? At the beginning where you showed the stores and parking lot I thought “OMG, that’s SA”! I’m from Boerne. Anyway, loved this video, I’ll subscribe and continue watching 💕
Wonder job, however I am learning that dollar trees are not stocked equally, some of the videos have wonderful products that I cannot find at my dollar tree. They were more organized when they were a dollar, they used to be my favorite store. My favorite one is always so messy now.
Hi!!! I think the Walmart did pretty well…lasted longer for me…however the Dollar Tree one was a bit bigger which gave out more light….I appreciate your comment! Thanks for dropping by!! Hope that helps! I’m sure they will come out with news ones this year!! Hahaha!! ❤️❤️❤️
I boughttwo of those flat spotlight types you glued to the metal plates. Dollar Tree claims they are 6 lumens. One of mine was super bright, the other barely lit up. Check them in the store before buying by pulling that tape that allows them to charge and come on.
When I’m go to dollar tree they only have the regular ones it sooooooooo anoying and they only have the special ones ONE time then when i go back they go right back to the regular ones
With your oh-so-familiar accent, your "channel 146" wouldn't happen to be based on Highway 146 that runs alomgside Webster and League City, Texas, would it? I don't mean to freak you out, but thats honestly the first thing that popped in my mind. I was born and raised in Seabrook, myself, if that helps to reassure you.
Hi Cap! Thanks so much! I appreciate you stopping by!!!! Hope you can find lots and lots of solar lights coming up in the new spring selection at Dollar Tree!!! I think brand new styles are coming out! I’m so excited!!!! Thanks again for your view!!!! 💡💡💡💡💡💡

Very cool and you really help if we can't afford to buy all the different things. Thanks for allowing us to see what we may like.

Great ideas as always.....theres so much to do with solar lights.....I have a couple places to use the galvanized trio...to lighten up an area....❤🙏🏻
Sweetheart Soozie I really like the light show such great ideals I will have to try these solar lights …Thank you for this….
What if you put fairy lights through the sea glass vases? It may illuminate the glass better. I don’t know, I’ve never tried it. Just a thought…

Those stickers will come off right away in the outdoor sun.
Just found your channel love it your so cheerful ❤great hacks ❤
Some new ideas!! Thanks!!
Hey Sooze! I bet the little light bulb would have fit perfectly in the straw hole on cup lids! You might not have to cut a bigger hole at all!😃👍👍
Cute!! I might have weighted down the cups and flamingo to make them stand up to wiggling the table or the wind. But then I live where we get a lot of wind and heavy breezes so that is a concern for us here.

Great, snazzy ideas! Grateful you didn’t bail just because other solar vids are out there too. ❤️🤍💙
Most of the time, if it’s feasible, I leave the clear plastic lens on them too, if they’re set in any kind of jar or glass.
Love those!!!
I love your ideas. thank. I will try some.Florida,
Nice,like all the hacks
These are great! TFS!
Hi Misty! Thank you so much! I appreciate you taking the time to comment!!! 🥰🥰🥰

These are cute! Do you have any ideas using solar lites to light up outside steps?
Soozie, is there some way you could use little mirrors so the light would be reflected and maybe make it even brighter on walkways?
Hi Diane!! I am not sure--probably so, I’ll have to play with when spring comes around!! Thanks so much for commenting!! See you next time!!! 💡💡💡💡
I think if you leave the clear part onto the solar light it would be brighter
How cute is everything from dollar to tree?😊
You are so cute. Great video, thank you.

Maybe the top wall light didn't get enough sun when hanging under the tree
wonderful ... ok .. all of these things are broken in a short time ... but the good thing is ... with your purchase you secure jobs in China ....

Sorry you newd ro weight rhe ligjts down

Why spend a dollar on a ketchup bottle and another on a solar light to make what you did? Why not just spend two dollars on a better light?
Too much talking
