Walking has helped me in most of the issues mentioned. I’m more flexible. Feel stronger. Weight loss. Improved mood. No bloat. Muscle growth. My balance has improved. So many more benefits. I walk 2X/day for a total of 2 miles. It doesn’t take much. You’ll be the better for it 🚶🏻♀️
I walk 2 miles a day 5 days a week , I am 70. I used walk more but a car accident did nerve and muscle damage on my left side. As for weight I haven seen a big difference as I quit so a yr ago.
It's the ultimate antidepressant. But I'm not talking about walking on the treadmill, I 'm talking about walking outside, ideally first thing in the morning.
Does anyone know how can I save these shorts to “watch later” for future viewing purposes? Great tips that I try to do but often feel like I’m missing one or two.
And what if you can't walk bcse it is too painful. I'm riddled with arthritis now & I have 'pain roulette' daily. Taking a walk is scary for me bcse I don't know if I'll be able to get home. There's gotta be something else I can do.

Completely agree! The benefits are amazing, it's a great form of exercise, and it's relaxing. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for this reminder. I walk daily about a mile or two and it was good to become more aware of all the benefits I’m giving my body.
It's my pleasure! Walking is truly incredible for your body.

Always start small! Try walking around your house, but always consult your physician first. :)
@JustinAgustin Thanks, Justin! My PT tells me the same thing. Start small!
