I'm not an expert but I have weak wrists as well. This is what I do for a push up. I do what's called a plank push up. All your weight are on your four arms and hands. Try it out on a wall. See how it Feels first. Just a suggestion I hope it helps🙂

Squeeze the shoulder blades together while keeping your shoulders down? That’s not what’s being shown. The guy is doing shrugs, not scapular retractions.

I find that regular push-ups cause severe wrist pains. What to do? Am 68years old. Will become 69 in May next year, if my life is spared

I had carpal tunnel surgery in the past so bending my wrists to do push ups hurts my wrist.
