Definitely incorporate these exercises. I am weak in the upper body due to MS, but I will do the wall push. I am a US Army vet and boy oh boy do I remember the standard push ups .
I am 86 yrs old, male I do not do any of your recommended exercises but I have reach this OLD by doing my OWN exercise over the yrs that put emphasis on mental stimulation,,social engagement & most of all enjoy life while exercising. I still do my own exercise 4 to 5 times a week for at least 2 hrs. There is no boredom in my exercise, just pure enjoyment of life.

@@galenavlasova7580 My exercise for over yrs is dancing to a variety of dances, like International Std. Ballroom , Latin Dances, Swing Dances, Argentine Tango, Salsa, Bachata Etc.

Fantastic! I have just got back into walking and a little running, age 71. Balance is my prime need. Strength loss with age is no joke! My goodness I'm shocked, but this sequence is amazing! Fun AND morivational. Thank you 🙏.
Great video ,thank you! push up is challenging i find it hard so what i do is put my knee down then cross my feet while legs were laying down on the floor but but my arms are erected on the floor .
At 1:36 the video and subtitles say to squeeze your shoulder blades together while keeping shoulder blades down, but the video shows the man raising his shoulders. I hope you mean to keep the shoulders down because that is what I am doing. I appreciate the video, and the rest is very helpful.
I’m a 72 year old female who used to walk 10km per day 6 days a week but that was before I got an arthritic knee and had 1/3 of my right lung removed due to cancer and I am now looking for ways to try and get back some mobility but my breathing is giving me more of an issue. Can you help me?
I injured my shoulder and right arm over reaching too many times in my car. Who knew it would take over 1 years to heal. I tried chiropractors and found time and gentle stretching helped. I do feel your pain. 😢
