One day I want to buy a Tiny House for my sister, Iam almost there money wise, it will be a smaller one, but she needs a break, so Iam going to try and help her. This is a HURRAY to MEN, to the men who go to work. This mission is built in their blood. They have families at home, a wife, and possibly more than one child. The economy is difficult, but they do it every day. Now, this is the important part too, that they are not taken for granted. A happy home to come home to, a clean house, and a hot meal waiting for their loved one. A hug, a kiss, and thank you go a long way . This is what builds a dedicated home, and this is what builds society strong. And if all work places could be like Randy 's a place to work where people want to go to work. This makes an incredible difference in production, feeling appreciated even though you get money for working, it makes you feel part of the hive.
Did the gentlemen from NJ get terminated in the layoff who has a beach 10 x 20 ESP & a forest barn wood 8 x24 RJO named Brian Carti (unsure of the spelling) ? I thought he was a cool guy from the couple youtube videos he was in.
As I listen to Tom discuss the time involved in constructing the panel dormers and observe the seam/screws, why not have some 40 ft panels cut so height from trailer to top of dormer is one piece?? Would seem to save a ton of time and look better. Also, in terms of quality control, please make sure panels are completely shoved into the next panel. I'm one of "those people" who look at details, and inconsistency in seam widths tells me panels aren't seated properly. Hoping this is an aspect of quality control that is being given greater attention.
All seams are sealed properly and each person is quality control. We are very detailed oriented and driven. We have to be as these homes leave and go thousands of miles away. I will ask the question about one solid piece and how the panels come in length. Thank you for your comment and question 😊❤🙏🏻
Looks like a great crew!!! Now you better protect your communities, from becoming a RENTAL haven, and ruin it all ... Please set up some safeguards!! Keep on helping people have a safe, affordable home and community!!!
@@KimberFarms - I counted 25 standing there in this video, and that's not everyone who works there. They work 4 ten hour shifts, and are building 5-6 homes a week. They are doing GREAT!
@@KimberFarms - Actually, basic math tells us the last of the 165 factory built homes will be completed in about 29 weeks (7 months), in the order they were paid for, and the stick built homes, including the Woodies and container homes are being built in 3-4 months (twice as fast).
What a great group of hard working people. They should be proud of the work they do and the lives they are helping to change.

They don't allow long term rentals at ITH. There are fewer Airbnb's now than there were a year ago, even though the communities have grown larger.
Production is necessary to keep going, has to make money or it folds

It would help them if the material is available. Remember if you can’t get the supplies it slows the line down.
If you lay off 50 out of 72 there just might be a little issue there too eh? Or are they going to work 12 hour days?

@@dawnpariseau4559 - True. The ship that crashed in Baltimore harbor had a lot of their 2.0 panels on board. It took awhile for ITH to get them.
