YES! FINALLY. A tiny home with a tiny home price and custom ability! This is what the movement was about, getting away from a high priced mortgage. I love the way you have put the utilities under the home itself so that skirting can be added without difficulty! I would like to ask about the possibility of adding a dormer or maybe two to the loft? Possible or no? LOVE this! Absolutely love it!

Absolutely agree! I've mentioned many times, how Tiny Homes have moved a million miles away from what I assumed was a starter home affordable, without the high rated of loans for homes. This one is great!
I'd rather see more showings like this, short, simple, fully furnished and decorated and this one even has a closet, which I didn't think you could fit in an 8 by 16. They did a beautiful job.

I like this type of show versus the other way you do it, however entertainment value those are with you/Amanda/Ace. Being finished out, is much clearer.

Usually I hate kitchens that are in a hallway like this one is, but this tiny house still feels spacious. It doesn't make it look like one cramped hallway

yes, the texture/pattern of unpaint board is too busy and makes a tiny home feel closed it. Luon plywood isn't a busy pattern, though.

This is an awesome video! Bare bones...extra insulation...sounds like a dream home for me to move to Alaska in. Solar, compost, generator of course...and a fireplace, plus propane AND electric heat...full covered screened-in porch all the way around it! Gosh I love dreaming🤗 This is SO doable! ♥
I love this layout sooo much I would like the bathroom to be a little bigger so I can have a vanity and mirror.
I keep coming back to this simple, elegant, yet inexpensive design. This is the one I want--but maybe 10 wide to accommodate an RV type tiny bathtub and washer/drier combo in the bathroom. I'd like a lot in your forest or resort. It's my dream to live simply. I know I could do it after my experience of living out of a suitcase for a few years.
You guys are the first and only to address rain gutters plus alot of clever ideas in such a small package.

Love the sidings on the house, looks like real wood. Perfect, finally a swing out door. That is standard in Norway, due to security. You can evacuate in case of fire, and it is harder for someone to get into the home.
I love how the owners put their personal touch on their home. I love how it is painted, along with their type of shelving. I would need one that is at least 26 x 9. I hope one day to come to TN and see the homes in person. ITH is a great company and team that does wonderful craftsmanship that truly cares about their customers. Very nice home, and I am really impressed by the builder who seems much more personable than other tiny home builders out there.
I always thought I'd end up with the largest tiny home legally allowed however it's now occurring to me that small and compact is plenty enough space, especially for one person! I love how individual and unique many of the US tiny homes are compared to Australia, although we are gaining momentum and I hope to find a builder with such integrity and honesty as Randy and ITH are!!
The Shaker community used to hang chairs on the wall. I like that !

Excellent and totally realistic Tiny House :) Thank you for showing it to us. The only thing I would prefer to opt for is a staircase up to the second floor loft space with built in storage inside each step and a safety railing to grasp going up and down. I find ladders to be inherently dangerous. Especially if you're using the ladder at at night.

Your best produced video to date. Nice editing. I know of other tiny house builders that claim the 8.5 x 16' houses are their most popular size.
I like but could you stage one with appliances? For instance, I've seen them with 3 burner propane cooktops with ovens and washer/dryer combos. Personally, I prefer a bathtub and have seen them in some tinys. I realize that you are showing base units w/o options but it would be nice to see one staged with some options. Thank you for a great presentation.
This is not a base unit...this was built to the customer's specifications.
You have those options on a bigger house with a bigger price. This is a good example of what you can do with an 8 by 16. And this one I think is beautiful.

How about having 2 jackknife sofas opposite each other. Two or four people could sleep comfortable.Included standard for 20k.

Being recently divorced you have given me hope that I can still have a wonderful life. Thank you! I wish there is a current customer home with those dimensions that we can see in a video.

They could have a screen door if they had a hook like latch on the outside to secure the door like an rv. Then get 1 of those pull down screen doors that store inside its self when pulled up like a window blind.

The owners did such a nice job with their personal touches! For a little extra I think the Freedom style adds a lot more curb appeal with the dormer and the other extras like the mini split and the cook top, hood, and mini fridge.

Have you guys ever installed an rv reversible fan into the ceiling? Such as a fantastic fan? If you had one above the loft and had the air being sucked out with some windows cracked it would make the space so much more
Comfortable. You can get one with a remote that auto closes when it rains. Just a thought and would be a very nice selling feature.
