I’m a nurse with my certification in geriatrics. When I speak with older healthy patients the common denominator was those who stay active. An old hinge doesn’t have rust if it keeps being used/active

It’s inner peace. Slow you breath down as much as you can. When you exhale hold your breath out. Try not to hold it so long that you feel panicky. Gradually get to where you can hold it out longer and longer. Really feel into your body and relax it. Go from one end to another with your awareness telling the parts of your to relax. Try to learn to breathe so slow that your body doesn’t even look like you’re breathing.

I exercised at 5:30 this morning, HIIT.
Went to work then walked 45 mins on my lunch hour.
Went yo my daughters soccer game…I got over 13k steps today and I’m 54! Your very inspirational. I still occasionally use your shred video from like 10+ years ago! 😂

My workouts are four days a week at least 30 minutes of weight training. I do an hour of walking every day at 3 miles an hour minimum. I just can’t stop eating, but this is still great advice!!!

Aggressive? Maybe a little...but that's what motivates us though❤ One exercise that I really like is dancing. I put on my playlist, and literally dance around my house, for upwards 2 hours sometimes 😊 I have to make myself sit down because my muscles almost give out, but man, it's SO MUCH FUN❤❤❤🥂💃 I also work in a little resistance training too, body weight mostly, squats, pushups, etc, but the dancing...that'll keep me going the rest of my days. ❤ you, Jillian❤

Can you do segment on green capsules vs. green powder?
What about FM? Really hard to get out there and do HIIT when it wrecks you the next day. Even Moderate walking can bring on a flare sometimes. I used to do wind sprints 20 years ago, so I'm no stranger to HIIT. I only wish I still could.

People are too lazy. They want a quick fix like a pill. You need to cultivate discipline each day and exercise whether you want to or not. Soon you will reap the results of feeling great which will enhance all aspects of your life.

Not a rhetorical question: Given her lifestyle, can someone tell me why Jillian is not more cut/shredded? I’m sure if she had on a tank top, and flexed, you’d see something more impressive, but in a t-shirt her arms just look average. I don’t get it.
Because that’s what shredded looks like when relaxed in a t shirt, not flexing in a tank.
Also I’m sure she tailors her exercise style to achieve the physique she is going for. Not everybody wants larger muscles with veins popping out.
