This was the first time I was able to do a full reclined heroes pose. There was a moment of panic with the depth but I allowed myself to give into the pose. It was a joyous moment. So happy that you're back on RUclips posting regularly

At 48, I've got more strength, more flexibility and better coordination for every week and I feel very proud of myself for being able to do the more advanced moves (except the handstands). Hey Patrick Greetings from Hong Kong! I’m glad you’re back. Missed you. I loved this practice. My hip mobility is tighter due to my ADR. Back surgery almost a year agoTrying to get back into my pre op yogi mobility and this practice definitely will help. I’m familiar with your vinyasa as I’ve done some of your videos. I’m just wondering if this is a common version of a standard vinyasa or you developed it for your awakening series? I do Baptiste power yoga and that vinyasa seems to be a common form. I switch it up between yours and BAPTISTE. I love your awakening series. Thx again for the new content!
I enjoyed this one so much, i've been practicing many of this poses with your classes for a long time and some of them I'm still not able to do them properly because I'm not naturally flexible but I must say that I've improved in some capacity and it feels nice. Thanks Patrick!
Loved this class! Still feel like my crow isn’t correct though, would love thorough crow instructions/tips and strengthening to achieve the hold in the middle 🎉
