Charlie - I've seen this one pop up as an option for a year now & it finally fit (mood, timeframe, etc.) LOVED it. Great sequences requiring strength and encouraging flexibility.
Hey Kim it’s great to hear this has been popping up for a while and you finally decided it was the right time. I’m glad it was worth the wait x
This class is a little different to my usual style, let me know what you think in the comments 💜
it was very challenging! i loved it))
@@evatokarchuk5721 Thank you Eva ☺️
I loved it
You nailed it! It is challenging in the most wonderful way💚 As someone who has suffered from a pelvic tilt, the mobility work truly awakens the hip area with great testing flobility. Such a great way to strengthen the body. 🙏🏼👏🏻👏🏻 amazing work Charlie🙂💚
Thank you so much Reyna I’m so glad you enjoyed this class ☺️
Oh my! I thought I had some decent hip mobility…. Humbling practice! I will have to work on this again and again. Thank you!
Dear charlie you are a wonderful teacher. I am not able to perform everything you do, but l am trying to follow you. GOD BLESS YOU. Cecilia
Hey Cecilia thank you so much for your support it is greatly appreciated ☺️
This was tough! I needed hip work after 24 hrs on planes and recovering from a two week bus/boat/walking tour. This was a sweaty cardio. for me and exactly what I needed to reawaken my hips, subtly strengthening and mobilizing the muscles surrounding the hip joints in unexpected ways! Soooo good!!! 🙏🏼
Started as a self proclaimed expert, ended as a self proclaimed beginner 😅 Beautiful class, thank you 🔥
I can't express enough how much I appreciate your job dear Charlie 💕 I'm discovering your videos day by day, your playlist is really helpful, your Light is incredibly beautiful 🤍☯️🌼🌸🦋🕊️
What an incredibly kind thing to say, thank you for filling my heart with joy this morning Chiara ☺️
Well ,that was out of my league 😮
I love this class. The poses are imaginative and creative, you are having fun with this and it shows. I recently discovered that I have a slight pelvic tilt and I found this super effective to use in my treatment. Keep up the good work !
Thank you so much for joining me I’m so happy you enjoyed it and felt my joy through the practice.
Amazing! And very different from your usual classes. I couldn't do the skandasana routine without using my hands to transition (I even slowed playback routine to 0.75 which helped), but I love how you made me think "I'll be coming back to this video again" rather than feel defeated by it. Thanks for being an awesome teacher!
Amazing flow! I couldn’t do those skandasana transitions, so I will definitely be back to these! Thanks 🙏😊
Thank you so much. They are a tricky one but super fun to work towards ☺️
Thank you! I had to make some slight adjustments but I can feel the benefits 😊
A fantastic practice.
Very challenging, but truly effective.
I will repeat it several times to improve the opening of my hips.
Thank you so much Namaste
15/10/23 The practice was different & challenging. The skadasana sequence was 🔥. Gotta repeat it next time 😀👯💃
..really challenging, I love it ❤️☀️👌..mobility for everyone!!
Thank you 🙏
Amazing exercise- How can I strengthen my legs enough to lift my body from skandasana?
Really challenging especially the kandasana transitions, I couldn't do it but it was worthy a try. Thank you so much dear Charlie for his incredible jobb you are doing.
Hey it doesn’t matter if it wasn’t perfect, it’s just about having fun and remaining playful. Thank you for joining me
This was challenging! Thank you!!! 💕
Glad you enjoyed it ☺️
Thank you so much for this mobility flow, love your forward folds, what flexibility! Sending love and gratitude 🥰🙏
ive been doing a 30 flow but really struggled with some positions and wowowo i am learning how little hip mobility i possess adding this to my workout
this is an interesting class. I've been watching all of your 20 minute videos, and this one felt very different. Flow was very fast, which was tough for me because this was the first time I completely failed to get into position. I could not achieve even the warm up with my legs - bending them that way was just impossible without tilting my body significantly. I have odd hips, which make me very flexible in some areas, but I think I've just found where they hold me back! If I did manage to get my legs in the right (ish) positions, the amount I had to angle my torso and hips meant that there was no way I could lift the leg at all, it was glued to the floor.
Needless to say, I also struggled with the move directly after skandassana - could not complete that sequence and had to wait in child's pose for both sides to be finished. Really found this one tricky, and wonder if there's any names for the postures I couldn't do, so that I can research what that means for my hip shape/structure?
V innovative modifications of the traditional poses
Thank you
Thanks Charlie. Felt the stretch in my hips. Got a little lost when doing trigonasana, if that’s even how you spell it, but all good ❤
i did it with great pleasure and would be nice to have such class for chest mobility. Thank you so much, your classes the best!!!
Thank you for your feedback and your suggestion. I’ll add it to my video list and make something soon ☺️
Wow!! Awesome!
Purple is awesome color 💜
wow great flow for mobility!
Dear Charlie l am here with your interesting and intelligent lessons! You are very, very good and humble in ALL your jobs. Excuse me Charlie, in skandasana, the ankles remain aligned when descending on the opposite side? Thanks for your kindness. BLESS YOU. Cecilia
Wow, this was though to keep up! I liked it 💪🏻
Thank you Matilda, glad you liked it ☺️
Wow!1🙏🏼💯
Thank you ☺️
More of an advance video, the transitions were a little too quick for me but it was a good challenge. Got quite a bit of a sweat. Thank you
Great class however I need to work on this
My hips are asking me to come back to this! ❤
This was literally impossible lmao, maybe I'll come back to this after some of your beginner videos and reply to myself to see if I can do it now xD
I really enjoyed that session. But baffled how to get from the knee bing on the floor back to scandasna
done
Charlie hi,
The pace is so fast, i m not able to match your frequency 🤣
I can't do skcandasina any tips?
Hey here is a tutorial I made a while ago on alignment which might help you: ruclips.net/user/shorts6SqOdhb6HM4?si=nLIyV7Hzk7U1fXhJ
This is embarrassing but do you have an easier one for hips?
Hey please don’t be embarrassed. A practice that could be great for you is this deep stretch for hips and hamstrings: ruclips.net/video/hdZnNxxcHQ0/видео.html
@@CharlieFollows thank you!
You move way too fast. For me this is an advanced hip mobility. I hope this feedback serves you!
This class was misleading and not fun at all. No modifications. I wasted my time.
