Kudos on your careful and methodical work; that’s how it’s done if you want your motor to give you a lifetime of service; that and good regular maintenance. This dual weight flywheel is a new one for me; never heard of them before. Of course lightened flywheels were the thing for a while but then there were other proponents of keeping weight at the flywheel and the crank pulley to maintain evenness of wear on all journals of the block and help the motor with inertia. Gene Berg wrote about this in his technical papers and they offer the Achiever and Equalizer crank pulleys for street and racing use. I suggest you get the Torque Multiplier tool and it’s useful for torquing your flywheel and your rear drums. It will pay for itself the first time you use it.

I will look into that tool, thank you!
My understanding was lightened flywheels were for Bugs and this dual weight one was the best I could find for my Camper
