    Ingredients
1/8 cup Chicken Stock/Broth (or 1/8 cup water + 1/4 tsp Better than Bouillon)
    1 teaspoon White Truffle Salt
1/8 tsp Whole Nutmeg (scraped using microplane)
1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 large Green Cabbage rough chopped
    6 Tablespoons Butter (or more)
Pink Himalayan Salt (or other salt), to taste
    Instructions
    1. Add chicken broth to Instant Pot cooking pot.
    2. Add salt and pepper and whisk together.
    3. Use a stainless steel microplane and grate the nutmeg into the cooking pot.
    4. Rough chop the cabbage and place into Instant Pot. The pot will be quite full, which is fine.
    5. Slice butter and add on top of cabbage.
    6. Lock on lid and close pressure valve. Cook at high pressure (most machines default to high pressure) for 1 minute.
    7. When beep sounds, wait 2-4 minutes (depending on how soft you want the cabbage) and then switch the pressure valve to open and release the rest of the pressure.
    8. There will be some liquid in the bottom. Mix the buttery liquid with the cabbage together.
    9. Taste the cabbage and add more salt and pepper, if needed. I like to grind on a little pink Himalayan salt.
    10. Serve using a slotted spoon.

I used your recipe as a guide and if anyone does not own an Instantpot in 2022…man you don’t know what you’re missing! My son purchased me one for Christmas and this is a Godsend! Cabbage turned out great! I did 2 min on high pressure and 5 mins afterwards then quick released. I would probably try 3mins afterwards next time..some parts of the cabbage was softer than I preferred while other thicker cuts were perfect! I added truffle salt, garlic powder, bacon grease, and a few splashes of coconut aminos along with your spice recommendations (no turmeric..this time). The taste was amazingly delicious 🤤 (edit to add TFS! Thanks for sharing)

Hi Georgia. Thanks. Use 1/8 cup. I did use 1/4 cup and then decided 1/8 is better when using a large cabbage.
