I done this step by step what you said to do and it took 30 mins instead of 20 mins. 10 min does make a little bit of a difference.

Hi Melanie.
In Australia, chicken quarters are known as 'Chicken Maryland' and have nothing to do with the US state of Maryland or Baltimore.
I agree, quarters are the best cut to pressure cook for tenderness and juiciness.
They're great for using in a Goulash too.

The paprika gives the dish a nice color. No criticism, but I would have stuck in a meat thermometer after I opened the lid to see if the temperature was at least the minimum.
