    Well. That's what I figured. Had engine miss, pulled the valve covers after testing the coild and found that exact same pushtube bent. The complete head on Amazon is less than $400. Guess I'll be ordering one.

    All Air Cooled engines require absolute air flow to cool it, Any blockage of air will cause failure.

    I hear that’s from overheating . Aluminum expands more than steel and they work their way out. Thanks

    same thing happened on my Kawasaki fr651v, Rats nest on the cooling fins resulted in overheating and same thing with the valve guides. 250ish bucks on Amazon for a new head and runs like new. So word to the wise take the top cover off and clean those fins out every once and a while. ( new to me zero turn )

    Or you can just buy new valves and swap them out
