So much good stuff in here... food-for-thought😊 But, the biggest thing that struck me was the part about doing it once is a mistake, doing it twice means you didn't learn it, doing consistently means it's a decision (even if reactionary instead of deliberate). I started thinking of a learning curve and recognizing how we form habits & patterns. And, as far as OLD mistakes go... I think we can easily get stuck sitting on that L. The O isn't just Owning the mistake itself - action and/or result - but Owning the Lesson too. In my experience, the space between intellectually understanding a lesson and feeling you truly know something, learned something, grown something in yourself is the "learning curve".
