    I will do my exercise list and start exercising the next day. I was procrastinating on my exercise list but not anymore, as well as the gratitude and grit. And most importantly I will do work for my business within 24 hours

    why not just slow down and type your notes the same way you would write them? There is no rule that says you must type everything verbatim

    It makes sense. Especially now with AI voice transcription software, it doesn’t make sense for students to type notes in lectures anymore. Just record it, then write what you think is important by hand and process it. And even better, if you want to digitize your hand written notes, ChatGPT can do it for you in seconds.

    This method helps me with writing books. It's my research tool, easier to use than making note cards - I figured they work the same. So I write on note cards when I have a chance.

    Deep wisdom. Once they have become attached. That's when you establish vital connections. So when they have grown out of the attachment, which is normal, because they will grow. When that time comes the connection you have established, will keep them hooked on you. Is a secret. Thanks Jim and also thanks to your insightful guest.

    Not entirely accurate, if we are the sum of our choices, then we are limited to the person who we were. Thoughts and intentions do make up a large part of who we are

    i cannot read nonfiction. i just feel like there’s nothing i can gain that i can’t from a fiction book or from scrolling on the fyp i have (mostly educational content, with some brain rot here and there). like i get fun facts from fics (fanfiction) and novels all the time. not to mention im in school right now so i just feel like it’s useless. not to mention how difficult it is to read, especially when im pretty sure i have dyslexia.

    Its all well and good, but i find it irresponcible to only talk about this ans not talk about the necessity to rest. Not wanting to do something is not a great indicator a lot of the time. When i push my bounderies i typically find it a pleasureful activity, but if i take this logic than i should be feeling like shit xd I know thats not what you mean, but that is what you imply with what you said. There is no reason to need to do what you dont like, unless you find it important. Beeing consostent is much more than pushing limits oftain. Pushing limits can be easy if we are consistent, and if we get ourselves used to asociating an activity with pleasure, rather than with " ahh, i have to go push bounderies ig, i hate it, but itll make me a better person" That'll work for a whille, but it takes too much mental and phisical strain to do what we dont want to simply becuse we have some idea of "becoming better" Becoming better isnt a self sufficient answer, there is always a follow up " become better to what end?" Will it make me healthy, will it make me happier, will it help me with whatever it is i value? Anyway, didnt mean to be condescending, just wanted to point out a few things have a nice day

    Consistently pushing beyond your limits us a great way to get injured or diminish your gains via overtraining.

    • @MalkuthEmperor
      @MalkuthEmperor 6 месяцев назад

      Exactly. There is a level of pushing through that is good, but it should be noted that most of the time, there is no need to push a limit, as its rest time. This stuff isnt one sided, and idk why we keep getting onesided takes from people who should know better. Have a good day

    Heh bro I wanna ask a question back when during lockdown I'd say I was going through depression at one point injust started forcing my finds to focus on uncertain things in my dreams prooving that I was dreaming back then I had distorted dreams as well slowly to got better now my dreams are a copy of my reality like everything I would expect someone or something to do my dreams point by point does that so it is very very hard to tell them apart

  • @boggri
    @boggri 6 месяцев назад

    If you are aware and took control over your dream there is some easy techniques that can make is so real that it will be as real as you perception when you are awake. But that type of dreaming has some interesting distinguish principles from reality and dreaming it self

  • @BruceNewhouse
    @BruceNewhouse 6 месяцев назад

    During a lucid dream, you're aware of your consciousness. It's a form of metacognition, or awareness of your awareness. Often, lucid dreaming also lets you control what happens in your dream. Once trained, people are able to be aware, take control and navigate through the dream.
