Proverbs 3:5-6
5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;
6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
You can only trust God. He never fails or forsakes. People do. Easy to live by it through obedience.
You can do it all the time in putting God first by simply obeying His command.
Open His Word daily and pray for His guidance. We are

Daily intermittent fasting for life is beneficial to health:
Depending on your lifestyle and when you can manage to stop eating, the best hours for intermittent fasting include the 16/8 or 14/10 fasting periods. Intermittent fasting is hailed by many as the new mantra of weight loss, disease prevention, and reversal of aging.
Make your last meal at 6 pm and no eating till 8am or 10 am.
No snacking in between.
Eat greens/cruciferous/beans/berries/nuts and seeds daily.
Stay from ultra processed foods/high salt/oils/sugars/simple carbs/sodas.
Too much added sugar may put you at higher risk for:
Cardiovascular disease.
Cognitive problems, including dementia and Alzheimer's.
Colon cancer.
Diabetes.
High blood pressure, cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
Kidney disease.
Liver disease.
Obesity.
To be Spirit-filled is to be controlled the Holy Spirit through submission.
Sin is what hinders the filling of the Holy Spirit, and obedience to God is how the filling of the Spirit is maintained. Ephesians 5:18 commands that we be filled with the Spirit; however, it is not praying for the filling of the Holy Spirit that accomplishes the filling. Only our obedience to God’s commands allows the Spirit freedom to work within us. Because we are still infected with sin, it is impossible to be filled with the Spirit all of the time. When we sin, we should immediately confess it to God and renew our commitment to being Spirit-filled and Spirit-led.
Remember there are seasons in our lives
Just a nugget, your children are your first ministry. Training them will be your greats ministry. Sometimes we don’t look at our children as a ministry, I know I didn’t, but it truly is. My daughter is 40 yr. old with 5 boys. And will constantly tell me things she has learned from me. When I didn’t even realize at the time. That I was helping prepare her for mother hood. Don’t take lightly that calling. We are raising spiritual soldiers for the Lord. You are a blessing, and you are enough. God Bless.
Grow your own veggies in your back yard. Makes a huge difference and yes fasting is essential. Taking care of your vessel is God’s will! Sugar is really not meant for daily or weekly consumption but rather a treat occasionally on special occasions. Yes leave those that are negative in your life. Sometimes I get so frustrated with not being able to more forward but I remember when I was very sick and I felt peace and was 'satisfied in the Lord'...that's a great feeling.

I too have had trauma as a child , And God has helped me, healed me as He will you too, keep praying, you're on a wonderful path, you do help so many, you're a good person!! God recognized all you need, He is there for you. Your family sooo beautiful, you're an amazing Mom, wife, ect. Hi Lilly........I understand what you are saying. For me, God has opened doors for me to witness to others. Simple witnessing. I was in management for years, and, I saw the writing on the wall and left that career and started working at a hospital. The patients are what bring me joy and I constantly focus on my mission to witness. I witness to the nurses and staff, I pray for those with psychiatric issues and the hold satan has on these poor souls. You bloom where you are planted. Sew the seeds......as we all know, our time is short, Jesus is coming sooo soon. Keep it simple and don't let satan confuse your walk with the Lord. Keep your eyes on Jesus. You don't have to speak eloquently just speak in love and honesty from your heart. You will be heard! We have much in common......and hope we can talk some time. Hang in there.....we are reaching the finish line soon!
I do trust God in the sense that I believe in Him and that He knows best and has a plan for my life and that He loves me.
I just battle to understand how to trust Him when He says we can ask things according to His will and we'll receive it, when I've been praying for a life partner, a good husband, for 40 years and ..... No one.
Enter the courts with Thanksgiving and Praise. You are so blessed with your precious family & home and you always encourage me!
Thank you for reminding me Lord that I have struggles that I have to work on growing in your image every day by yielding to your Holy Spirit and listening to your voice and keeping myself in the spirit of praise thank you that my day is perfectly planned out by you in that all things will work to the good thank you for loving us dying for us and most of all for your sweet faithful love that surrounds us like a shield in Jesus name we pray✝️🌴

I wasn't saved until I was 52. That was almost exactly 5 years ago. My life and how I view things has changed dramatically and yet I realize I still have major trust issues because of my traumatic past. Learning to trust God for everything has been so hard for me because I learned not to trust in people and fear always drove me to just push myself to work harder and faster. But there are only so many hours in the day. I'm impatient and get discouraged when things don't pay off. It's been a long, hard road and it makes me feel sad to see what's happening in the world. I wish I could see myself the way Jesus does and trust I will be okay and he will catch me if I fall. Joy and peace seem like far away islands that I can't afford to visit. So I watch your videos for encouragement and in my dreams I escape to your island. 😍
I see you as running to Jesus in all things. Sometimes we run fast, sometimes we run slower - but you’re moving towards Him. Thank you for sharing these thoughts though. It’s so relatable.

Trust in God means total submission. You must surrender all to Him. Only then will God be at the helm steering your ship through life. Our egos get in the way with trust. I think most Christians have struggled with that at some point in their life. My submission struggle was during the early days of COVID. Everything was shut down but I still had to go to office job. It was scary especially when I read the high death tolls and no vaccine in sight. But when I learned to trust God 100% my life was so much better.
It’s really true what you said about the damage that we carry from our childhood. We have to always remember that Romans 8:28 will always be true. The forgiveness that we constantly have to employ from the damage that is so much a part of our earthly vessel is difficult no doubt about it. But God wants us to do that even though it’s hard even though we bear the scars every day. God is always saying to me when it’s hard for me to forgive “I died for that.” It’s really true though that God works all things to the good and we are so incredibly blessed when we look at the lives of so many in the world worse off than us. We have all the riches spiritually and materially that we will ever need because God is a good God - we just have to focus on that and celebrate that: there go I but by the grace of God, all of us…a sinner saved by Grace.❤
I am going through the same season, trusting in God but taking one step at a time, He is there for us, just seek Him❤

It’s hard with the unstable world filled with chaos to find anything to trust in…except knowing God is still in control. He loves us always. We strive to walk our faith and live in hope. God bless you and your family.

Hello Lily, good to see you back over here on this channel you speak of God which we should but you know we have to be still and quite many times to hear that inner voice of God speaking to us and leading us in the direction we should go. I also add in prayer, change it or move it and I hear that you've done that from what you said a little bit ago about having to let certain people go out of your life because people can be like anchors they will weigh you down and you will drown. So you have done the right thing in the name of Jesus. Continue to read your Bible. Go to church when you can. And yes you already know this. God comes first. Your husband, your children and then all else falls in line. I'll continue to pray for you and your family. I love you. I love following your journey and especially these last few that you have taken with the two boys. It is been wonderful. I will continue. Like I said to follow, hold your head up high and know that God is God. Jesus is our savior and the holy spirit. Come on in much love❤

Keeping the faith is the hardest thing. I just saw a man on RUclips so on fire for the lord helping people and being a hero to many. He got hit hard by the enemy and lost his high-paying job, and his son lost his job at the same company, all for the journalism he was doing to help people and the money he was raising to give them. Now he did a 180, said he would give all his money to the corporation to give to its own workers, he just wants his job back. It is like people can fall away in an instant. Guard your heart above all things.
I don't have any problem trusting in God, it's relying on that trust, that I can struggle with.

Lily I can resonate with you. Sometimes I’m like what do you want me to do God. sometimes God just want us to to be still. I remember when I’m like I want to do more, and I could not believe God just wanted me to enjoy life because we always look for ways to help others, but we can’t help others until we can help ourselves. I know sometimes that sounds selfish but we are not the fixer. We all have the Holy Spirit within us. When something is not right or doesn’t sound right the Holy Spirit and God is telling us no. He does not want us to be restless. Spiritually it’s so tiring pulling on a chain of not knowing and not trusting, let that Chain go and leave it on Gods feet, we might not know what’s going on but just know God already written our story. I do Lilly. Like right now my sun don't have a work. Covid break him badly and now he needs to stand up again and that is so terrible because he never work in our country. All the years he was abroad working and living there. Now he is rock bottom. I pray everyday for something, for a door to open. And I do believe some good is going to happen. But sometimes it is if my trust is not enough😢 . So yes I struggles a lot with it.

About trusting… Do you know what I do sometimes? I just shove it up to God if it’s just something impossible that I’m just really struggling with. I just hand it to Him and shove it up to Him and say you take it I don’t want it anymore and I just give it to Him and KNOW He doesn’t lie and that Romans 8:28 will always be true. After all look at God’s history in your own life, in all our lives… It’s perfect. He’s faithful and He works all things to our good and if some thing seems impossible and you really have a hard time trusting - simplify, like a child…. Hand it all over to God let His will be done - ask Him to close the doors He doesn’t want you to walk through and open the doors He does want you to walk through and leave it with Him. Then get on with the business of just living your life that day just like the Bible says.. take no concern for tomorrow each day has troubles enough of it’s own. Matthew 6❤and always remember that God says DO NOT FEAR. It’s up to us to obey. Look for Him…He’s everywhere talking to us and the noise just clouds His voice. “Be still and KNOW that I am God.”❤🌴✝️

My personal conviction is that all Christians ( all believers ) are filled with the Holy Spirit. But in everyday life, people are just not familiar with, not aware of, and not practicing this concept.

Nice to see you here Lilly . I love your talks about God mostly because I'm saved and still haven't told my testimony so watching you helps . Jesus was with me for 5 days and nights it's changed my entire life . I was Roman Catholic but no more, I don't listen to the music 🎶 I use to , I threw everything away even expensive jewelry, ect... Believe me when we say reborn it's true infact I was born again right into the loving arms of Abba Jesus .....

Lilly I just relate to all you’ve said deeply. ESP health , creating boundaries with toxic people and feeling pulled in so many directions. It’s a daily battle to surrender to Jesus and keep our eyes on him.

The biggest challenge for most Christians is that even though the Bible says, "He has poured out His Love into our hearts", we CAN NOT feel His Love. It is different from your loved ones giving you a hug. There has to be faith and revelation to know God''s Love.

I think that you have to try to be less fearful, just know and undertand that when you follow your gut, your hunches, ask god to walk beside you, and trust that god is there guiding you along. My girls are both moms now, and I see how they are both trying to honor God, be a good wife, be a good mom and they both work. There are never enough hours in the day. We can do our best.
